I have shopped here for YEARS but today I received horrible customer service. The manager (not sure of the name because they couldn’t even be bothered to come to the customer service desk) would not let me make a return because I didn’t have my original form of payment which was a debit card. I had my receipt and wanted cash back because I forgot my card at home and they wouldn’t let me. I waited outside before they opened for 10 minutes because I was a little early getting there. I’m so annoyed. The two young gentleman who actually helped me were very helpful, kind, and apologetic. At no fault to them, the refund policy at this store is outdated.

Just the same every time I go their customer service sucks all of the favorites are at the return desk while they other cashier are actually handling the lines down the isles with smiles on even when the other team is just cutting up and acting like kids shame on them oh and spread out those clothes before they put a eye out

Terrible customer service, I called to inquire whether or not they sold a certain sports team's apparel and after being transferred to the department the lady states,"I don't think so". What's the point of customers being transferred if you're not going to actually check for the item. Then she rudely hung up.
