So mad! I went to buy a trimmer/blower combo and asked one salesperson if the 2 pieces above and below the tag were the same items included. He confirmed they were. I went to check out and the cashier questioned the sale. I showed a picture of the shelf tag. Another salesperson came and I followed him back to the racks. He said it was a different set that was on sale and items had been stocked wrong. Not something a customer put in the wrong place as there were at least 3 of each item stocked there. That was 45 minutes of my life I'll never get back.
Now, I go to the register to buy mulch and ask for 6 months 0 percent payment option. Cashier advises that "it MAY be a 299 minimum, we'll have to see if it gives that option when you swipe your card". I swipe my card and ask if it gave that option. Nope, it has to be 299 or more so I have you the 5% off. I would have preferred the 0 for 6 months option, there were a few other things I could have bought if I had the option. I used to love Lowe's, now it's self serve and I coinsurance this to be a bait and switch scenario. Why is Amazon doing so well? You can sit on your butt, order your stuff and check yourself out. Why drive to the store, get fooled about what you're buying, stand in line and still have to check yourself out?

I dont know how many times I have come into this Lowes to look for something, only to find out they are out of it or want you to order it. I drive 5 minutes down the road to Home Depot and they always have it. I am not even going to waste my time coming to this Lowes ever again.

I purchased a washing machine because it's was on the brink. The "other" home improvement store didn't carry the washer we wanted in stock and it was going to be 2 weeks if we re-ordered it. Not to mention the one that we did order was delivered but didn't work right out the box. So needless to say I should have went to Lowe's to begin with. They gave us the same washer at a significantly lower price with warranty and we saved $37.

I ordered 50 pcs of wood fencing to be delivered with a $39 delivery fee. The product was delivered by two girls from door dash. They were paid $6.00 from Lowe’s to make the delivery. I had no clue door dash was making the delivery. Needless to say I didn’t have cash for a tip for these poor girls who had no clue what they were picking up from Lowe’s. Shame on you Lowe’s for charging $39.00 for a delivery when you only pay the delivery person $6.00. From now on Home Depot will be my store. They make their own deliveries.
