This is the second time I have tried to place an order online and tried to use the coupon I received in the mail. Your online ordering will not allow me to use the coupon. When I tried to call customer service to see what could be done, The poor lady has such bad English that I cannot understand her, but essentially she could not help me. Then I got an email from you asking me to submit a review of my experience with customer service. I went through the process, and when I press the button to submit it froze and would not go through of course, because you didn’t want my crappy review. I shredded my card once before because of horrible online service and I’m tempted to do it again with this card that I just re-ordered Thanks for nothing.

I went to Khol's to purchase some skillets and socks. I was recognized as I came through the door. I asked where I could find what I needed and was directed to the area. Found what I need. I took my purchases to the counter and was checked out immediately. I couldn't have asked for more.
