These ladies at Jackson Hewitt on Central Street in Decatur, Al, are go getters. They went so far out of their way, several of them did, to make sure I was able to tighten up some loose ends. Loose ends that I honestly didn't realize was so important until they called and really explained the situation to me. The lovely lady in the front always remembers your name. Making you feel like they may not have seen you for a while, but they're not going to forget who you are. Their ALL so so amazing at what they do. I'm glad they are, because I'd never dream of going anywhere else....

Me and my wife always hate tax’s every year and the year of 2022 was not the funnest for us, but plain short and simple we went in with a good guess of what we were going to deal with and Ronnessa Miller was their with us every step of the way. She was Professional,Polite,caring, and 100% was a joy to spend the next hour with she made every single dollar count and we came out owing almost half less then what turbo tax told us so thank you Ronnessa!! You rock!! Will be back next year!!
