I was very pleased with the super friendly staff and they had to give a brief 2nd appointment after I brought back an additional document. The tax preparer was knowledgeable and experienced. BIG NEGATIVE: the charge was $ 159 way over the Turbo Tax price ! I am retired and this hurt my budget such that I cut back on my groceries. This is why the "three stars."

I give them a 3 this year because every time I call, I feel like everyone has an attitude. I’ve called numerous of times because my tax return this year was more of the case sensitive based. So my initial tax preparer Mrs. Benita (who’s wonderful by the way) is only there part time; so when I’m calling she’s not there yet. Meanwhile I’ve called recently and I feel like I’m only being helped because they have to help me! I’m being talked over, rushed, and literally have to get smart in order to be heard and just get a better understanding. Mr. Shelton has answered the phone before and he’s pretty nice as well with getting messages over. Theresa has helped me also but we’ve definitely butt heads once during the process! Anywho I just wish Mr. Keith Earwood was out of retirement; next year I may have to find a new organization to help with my taxes!
