If you are owner operator and take care of you trailer and tractor be aware that this place is a pig place! Docks is just one and is on the blind side with a very little space to turn around the other dock is just for the yard dog… if is raining will be mud everywhere … the docks have flooded all the time making impossible for you to remove load locks … if you are loading bunk’s of wherever they will drop that stinking water everywhere inside the trailer so you will have to washout ! Total 185 dollar to clean truck and trailer… make sure that the broker will pay for this!

It doesn't let me give a 0. This place is a joke. 1500 appt and got here at 1347. It's now 2200 and still in staging. Tgey are loading their own traikers.

Gemstone needs to add more stone gravel to their parking lot. This place is full of dirt and dusty. If you are allergic to dust this a health hazard.

Had 1800 appointment. Arrived 1720 and parked in lot across the street. Shipping took my po# and called when door was available around 1811. Took lil while to blind side back in to door #1. Had me loaded in about 10 minutes(4 pallets). Everyone was professional from Shipping personnel to loaders. Thanks

2 star for parking is right. Whoever designed these docks should be shot.Forced blindside to a ramp with such a sharp hump it'll drag the landing gear and squeeze all the air out of your system.They want the tandems to the rear. It still drug ground with them forward and my truck was down to 50psi within a minute of committing to the dock. They're lucky I docked with them forward. Now I'll be lucky to leave without damage.

Can’t tell you what it’s like to work here but if it’s anything like the service, I receive from the rude person who is over everyone. Good luck ?, professionalism is low on the priority list. Driver pack dinner ?️ and breakfast ?.

Worse place I have ever worked! No one has any clue what is going on. I was hired for a work from home position that turned into working in a laundry mat in a not great part of town. Unprofessional!

All I can say is WOW!!! came on Sunday night for early Monday morning delivery since was told they had overnight parking, it's LITERALLY overnight cause as soon as the employees arrive, it's Jam packed with cars and they offer very little room to get out once your called.

Horrible place to get unloaded. 6am appointment. Didn’t get a door until 9:30. It’s now 12 and I’m still sitting at the door.

Extremely slow...arrived 0430 for a 0500 appt, did not receive A door until 1230,didn't start unloading until about 1330 and finished with paperwork just before 1500...very nice staff but my goodness it's slow...luckily my next pickup was only 3 mins away literally

One star for parking, second star for the clerk that knock on your door to let you know that you can walk across the street to sign in. I arrived on Sunday so they were closed until Monday morning at 6am my appointment was for 5. There were 3 other drivers and a drop and hook, well it’s 08:30 and I’m still waiting on one of the 2 doors. I was on my good behavior this morning so I know I didn’t upset anyone but I’m the only driver left and no waiting, other than me. I’m going to remember this place.

Worst place to pickup. Waited 12 hours to be loaded with 6 pallets. Trash loading docks, muddy parking lots, massive lack of communication. An employee insisted that my trailer was dirty and asked for $25 via his Cashapp to spray it out. If you want to run your clock down and be extorted, this is the place to go..
