I bought a washer on 8/14. they said it would be delivered the following Monday between noon and 4pm, with a call 40 minutes before delivery. Monday came, got an automated call saying same thing. then no more calls-- nothing. i checked online and it just showed the delivery date 8-22. I called the number for "logistics" he was going to do and call back. nothing. Now i check again online and get a contact for "support," she can't find out anything except they are through with deliveries for the day. No phone call today, Tuesday. Contacted support again. she says she left an email and there's a 24-72 he turnaround response time. REALLY!? the website updated at lunch to show delivery Thursday, but no one has yet contacted me. Apparently, no one at Home Depot is even remotely concerned with their customers. Do Not buy anything from them if you want delivery.

I have always loved to shop at Home Depot in Decatur, Al. Cashier Donna #3 is awesome. She always has a smile, very helpful and kind. I can tell she loves her job. Home Depot has been blessed to find her.

Home Depot is great when you know what you're looking for and a lot better when you get some expert help. I found out they price match certain stores (like Walmart) on certain items. Very cool!

I would like to write it down very danger parts of home depot protection system which will help of thousands of customers. I bought Samsung washer dryer form Home depot at 2016 November 25, I bought extra 2 year protection plan which I pay around 190 dollar so I have total 5 year protection plan now. My dryer have technical issued came after 4 and 1/2 year. This is my first claim. They give me 5-6 times appointment but never came to fixed. I am still at protection period now but I don't believe they will come and fix the problem because every time when I called they transfer phone different section and it takes at least more than 30 Minutes. I have child at my home, this is Covid-19 time, I need to dry my clothes everyday. I have protection plan but They just keep on making unnecessary excuses. My first claim was 1 and 1/2 month ago. If I didn't have protection plan I never get hidden danger parts of Home depot protection plan and Samsung products. The most surprising things, how many times they need a serial number just to ignore the fact of helping me and loosing my time.

ask for assistance loading a n exterior door onto a trolley and 3 different Male employees said they couldn't lift it.. I am a disabled 52 yr old female...I had to load it by myself!

so walked into this place to speak to someone at customer service. As soon as someone sees me she comes over and the attitude begins! I haven't said a word yet and she is already giving me grief. I explain that I purchased this item and it has a lifetime service agreement. Said we will have to have it replaced through the manufacturer. I told her I wasn't getting it replaced and already spoke to the manufacturer about getting it fixed using the LSA and that I was to bring it

My wife and i went to Home Depot Decatur and attempted to purchase one of the sheds outside. The customer service employees stated they did not actually sell the sheds, that it was a third party. He provided the number and after calling and leaving several message on the companies voicemail, i received a text saying they did not sell the exact shed shown at Home Depot however had other sheds to sell me. This is what we call a "bait and switch." I will NEVER shop at the Home Depot again! Their like a Kmart and Lowes is the walmart taking all the business.

I needed a key made and stood at the kiosk for 5 minutes waiting for help. The girl at the self checkout saw me but never called for help. I walked to the customer service desk where all 3 girls were playing with their phones, when I asked for help one girl pointed at the kiosk and rudely said it's over there. Way to go Home Depot, your customer service sucks.

I swear to God NOTHING I search for is available in store. Sure, I can order from Home Depot but if I have to order, I'm ordering from Amazon and paying a third of the price. It's literally no wonder brick & mortar stores are going by the wayside more and more. SELL IT IN STORE

We went in to buy a refrigerator last night and the girl in the appliance department didn't even acknowledge us. She stayed on her phone the entire time we were looking at the refrigerators. She lost a 2,700.00 dollar sale on a refrigerator we wanted to purchase. We left and went to the competition to buy the refrigerator.

is it that the people that work in your design department just don't want to make any money for the company or are they just too lazy to do anything? there is NEVER anyone there to help you and I have left drawing with dimensions and exactly what I want down to the sku numbers and they will not respond. Sad for Home Depot that people won't do there jobs so now I have to go to Lowe's to spend $3-4k. Decatur Home Depot should really evaluate the staff. Maybe start paying strictly commission. Maybe that would motivate-though having dealt with some of them I doubt it.

Stood at the paint counter for 10 minutes with an employee walking in circles looking at us over at self checkout. Never ONCE asked if we wanted her to call someone or offered to.. didn't have enough staff on hand to help everyone, horrible experience.
