Always great customer service from Environmental Comfort Systems! I have been a customer for almost 30 years!
However, the last two preventative maintenance service calls were with two different technicians. I was used to the same technician each year and really appreciated the comfort of knowing him (Bryan). Also, the ease of not having to show the technician (s) where every thing was a time saver.
Most importantly, I do not like having multiple new people in my home. It is my issue with comfort and safety. I would greatly appreciate having the same technician each time. (I will say the "Spring" PM technician this year was not very customer friendly and I would prefer not to have him back.
Having expressed my opinion, I must say the young man, "Kyler" who was in training was very friendly and customer service was excellent. I did not interact with Gavin other than to say hello (he did outside work).
Again, I am very satisfied with Environmental Comfort and would highly recommend them! Thanks for the opportunity to express my thoughts and share feedback!

Have used ECS for at least twenty years. They now do my twice a year maintenance check. Dewey and Jonah were here last week and as always fast ,courteous, efficient service.

Had to have new system installed and ECS was here working hard on the hottest day of the year. Great company. Shout out to Dewey and Ruby.

They came out just as they said they would be here. Told us exactly what was needed and fixed the problem with our unit. Gavin D. & Tyler were awesome!! They explained everything to us where we could understand it. Very professional and respectful. We highly recommend them and this company for any service work!!

Rudy, Dewey & assistants did great! Courteous under extremely warm circumstances installing our system in the attic and outdoors. We appreciate their dedication to making things right for us every step of the way! Thank you so much for your service!! I also want the thank Cooper for answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns we had. This is a good company with an incredible staff technicians and installers.

I have always had the best experience with ECS! The interaction is always courteous. The timeliness is amazing. I have always had knowledgeable, expert service and the technicians have been patient with my questions. Last week I was super impressed with Sean and has handling of the issues with my unit and his pleasant manner. I highly recommend ECS.

Environmental Comfort Systems is the perfect balance of price, competency and professionalism. Being locally owned is a big plus. I know enough about HVAC heat pumps to know if a tech is good and honest. And Dewey w/ECS is my ride-or-die HVAC guy.

We are new to the Decatur area. Based on records left by the previous owner of our home we contacted Environmental Comfort System to perform an annual check up and acquaint us with our equipment. Gavin arrived on time, went right to work and spent time and care to get our system in good shape after being somewhat dormant.
We were very pleased with service and skill we received.

Rudy Snow and Khi did an excellent job on our AC maintenance and opened a vent that wasn’t working properly. Time was efficient as well. Friendly company! Highly recommend.

My a/c stopped working over the weekend. I decided to wait until Monday to call someone to fix it to avoid weekend service charges. We didn't get around to calling until about 3:00. They called back about 45 minutes later and said the technician was getting gas and would head right over. This was unexpected as I live in the middle of nowhere. The tech that showed up was named Dewey. Before entering out home he put shoe covers on. He quickly diagnosed the issue and learned that the capacitor was bad. He fortunately had one in his truck and replaced it within minutes. He came back in to ensure everything was working properly and even installed my replacement filter before leaving. Dewey was a true professional and I would highly recommend this company. Did I mention that this is the third time I have had them out in a 4 year period and they never try to push unnecessary equipment or services on me. They just replace what is broke with no hassle. Again, highly recommend!!!

We always get great service from Environmental Comfort Systems. The employees are very professional- friendly and knowledgeable. This latest one with Dewey, Zane, and Ki, was due to a minor problem with our thermostat they fixed our problem and explained to us what happened. All of the technicians that have serviced our two locations have always been courteous, well mannered, and capable. We highly recommend this company.

My heat pump system failed on a very hot day, June 27; 2024.. I contacted ECS late that Thursday, they came right out and diagnosed the problem. Early next day crews showed up, made the necessary repairs, and topped up the refrigerant. Very smooth and professional. Thanks to Dewey, Rudy, and Gavin, and their helpers.
