Was given a damaged pump that isn't capable of pumping waste oil like it was described to be able to do. Still waiting to hear back on what they are going to do for me to make it right. You get what you pay for I guess. EDIT: now after over a month and 3 emails asking why im expected to pay for return shipping on a pump that isn't capable of doing what it says, I still haven't gotten a return email. Do some research and find a reputable company before making the mistake I did.

The company made an error and did not ship the parts on time which took three weeks for delivery and when I finally received them, they were miss packaged or the website had incorrect information.

These people won't take care of you at all! A friend of mine ordered a really high dollar unit, and it didn't come with a control panel. When he told them it came without a control panel, they wouldn't provide any sort of rectification for the mistake they made. He spent a lot of money on this product, and it seems they're more interested in money than a happy customer. Don't waste your time, find somebody with better customer service.

I recently purchased a heating system for my home that cost almost $20,000. Last week during installation I discovered that I was missing several parts, and several of the parts were actually the wrong parts. I reached out to the company via email and phone call over 10 times and they refuse to work with me or send me the correct parts.

These people are scammers! My purchase was delivered incomplete and because I talked to the Sales lady on her personal cell phone they have no record of the conversation. It’s my word against the sales person and the company unfortunately is not one that believes in customer service. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME-go to SunMax for solar parts!

Horrible lack of customer service… purchased a heating system from them that darn near cost $20,000 it shipped here and I got the wrong parts for it. Tried calling them roughly around 10 times they will not work with me whatsoever nor give me the parts I needed. Good place to get ripped off!

Terrible customer service! I order a unit and it had the wrong parts. When I called SEVERAL TIMES, no answer, no call back. I am not happy. Do not buy from these crooks!

Huge lack of product knowledge company wide and poor quality from my experience. Call center is in the Philippines or somewhere else overseas - CSR doesn’t know the first thing about valves or their function. Can’t answer the most basic questions regarding pretty much every product. A direct result of HAVING to sell on price alone. **Buyer beware** You get the quality and customer service you pay for…. Don’t believe me? Call and experience it for yourself….

These people are crooks. Here is an email from them responding to me asking for a refund. This was after Fed Ex returned the product to L.A. because of unsafe packaging. "I just spoke with my manager about the refund that you requested. And she said that If the customer gets a refund it is minus shipping to and from customer. Shipping to the customer was $57.02 and shipping back will most likely be similar. So a refund would be little to nothing. And this is a hazardous material so the customer would need to be certified to ship it back. Also, I followed up with FedEx and they indicated that they might deliver it at noon and will get in touch with you". I paid the shipping and here they are trying to get me to pay it again, Why would I pay to ship it back when it was never delivered to me? And Fed-Ex's own tracking on their website said it was not going to be delivered it was 200+ miles away. This representative was flat out lying to me saying "Our fed-ex contact says it can be delivered today". This place is not cheaper with the hassle and lies you will experience. I'm sure there will be some lame response to try and discredit me but it was a quote directly from Sandrine's email heres your fair warning.

I purchase from Dudadiesel.com regularly. Typically I purchase the Citric Acid or various food grade items. I will admit that in the past there were some growing pains when it came to my orders, however, over the past 18 months I have truly been happy with the level of customer service and quality of product I have received. Clearly, they have made adjustments and overcome any opportunities they had, because I am 100% satisfied! They are always polite and helpful when I call with questions and I have had no issues with prompt delivery. I have had need to return some items on two occasions since I started ordering from them. One was my fault and one was a size error. On both occasions it was corrected quickly and professionally. I received a refund quickly for the item I ordered by mistake and as for the size error, they shipped the correct item to me within 2 days. Mistakes do happen but I have not experienced anything like what I see in previous reviews. Keep up the great work and I'll keep on ordering!

Scam warning! Ordered 1 in stock item a few months ago and immediately was charged and received an order confirmation. No shipping confirmation and item has not arrived. Customer support refuses to respond.

I bought two jugs of sulfuric acid from this place. One jug was broken in shipping (the don't put the jugs into boxes). They sent a replacement. My employee put the replacement into the chemical cabinet. I went to get the acid and realized they sent hydrochloric acid instead of sulfuric acid. I sent an email with no response. I called and they refused to send me the correct acid. They made me send a picture of the wrong acid. They said too much time had passed. I have ordered from them before and had to go through hassle of getting orders resent because of poor packing or no packing. They may be the cheapest but prepare for a problem.
