Twice I've called to place an order and no one answered. The last time, I stayed on the phone but drove to the location before they closed. The girl at the window told me they aren't taking any last second orders. I showed her on my phone, which was still on hold, that I called now more than 30 minutes ago. She asked if I would like to speak to the GM and I agreed. She then came back and said, "sorry, he's busy washing dishes."

Matthew is the best. So high energy, he fit the role perfectly. He was running that store like a magician from making my pizza to acknowledging me inside so he didn't forget about me to bringing it out to my car as soon as it was ready. I travel across the country and I don't think anyone can beat this man at his job with such enthusiasm, great quality pizza, and genuinely loves his customers. He had such positive vibes, very impressive and He talked to the employees very professionally and kindly. A+ all around. I'll be back !

Had to go there because nobody awnsered after 3 calls. Got there to just stand for 15 minutes watching 3 workers listening to a bluetooth speaker pretending like i didn’t exist.

This is the second time my husband has ordered pizza and it’s had a time and he’s shown up and it’s not been ready. Last week we waited over an hour for two pizzas and today he ordered on the app and is currently sitting inline can see his order and every employee has looked at him and not bothered to come to the window I understand being busy I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 6 years. One thing I always make sure I do is greet my customer busy or not at least acknowledge them and let them know they will be with them shortly . We’re highly dissatisfied with the lack of communication and customer service. We eat dominoes at that location atleast 2 times or more a week. Definitely considering going elsewhere for our next pizza night.

Loved trying the new Stuffed Pepperoni Cheesebread, Oven Baked Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwiches, & Diet Coke for my taste of my experience & it was all good.

Great customer service, Eli was very nice each time I went and very helpful. This young man deserves a pay raise for his customer service skills.Everyone was very friendly and the manager was even helping his employees. They’re a great team of people with good communication making sure every customer is satisfied.Thank you 6th avenue store.

Ordered a pizza to my grandmother’s assisted living facility… tracked it… stayed up. They said it is delivered but it’s not here. :( So hungry. I left a big tip and have no dinner.

It is 3:20 on Sunday afternoon 3-10-23.I have spent 20 minutes on hold without anybody answering. I called Marcos Pizza they answered before their hold message play one full time through. Guess who's getting my business today? Marco's did. I will never order online or use your app Domino's. Either learn how to answer your phone or just go out of business.
