Very few items in the hardware area where the glue and tape and stuff of that nature there's little and in some cases no glue. It seems they have a problem keeping it stocked I don't know whether it's because of deliveries or they sell awful lot. But that area of the store is always shy of just about everything.They have brought in a new manager. She ID me when I was trying to purchase a pack of cigarettes. I'm 62 years old and I look it. First time it's happened in many years. I've been shopping there for many years and I was refused because my ID was expired. I haven't been back to the store since and don't plan on ever returning. It's ridiculous because it's so obvious that I'm of age three times over.

Will never grace these doors again. I understand that employees have bad days. But for an employee (Vickie) to have an attitude because an older gentleman asks you where the bathroom is, is not a reason to toss things or rant to the next customer in line that you "wouldn't have given him the key if he didn't need it." All he did was ask if the bathroom was in the corner after you rudely shoved the key at him. I tried to call and speak to the manager multiple times, only for no one to answer the phone.

It takes 20 minutes for someone to come up front whenever you need assistance and this is like everyday and the main register is never open. Terrible customer service
