I can’t speak highly enough of the service we received from Calverts! We had pretty significant damage to a passenger door, it’s hinge, and the front of the frame on a Ford Transit Van. Of course it happened just as we were moving across country, and we got some pretty intense quotes from other shops. We decided to deal with it when we got on this side of the move, but we had no experience with shops in the area for making a good choice on where to go. We started with Google reviews, but we went with Calverts because they were not only the first to actually answer their phone, they were so helpful and accommodating!
The work itself was flawless. They also made the experience as easy as possible in terms of scheduling drop-off and pick-up and communicating about progress. I’d use them again without a second thought. Thank you!

I had an issue with windows not rolling up and down properly. They told me what needed, I ordered the part from a quality supplier, and Calvert's put them on in a timely manner and they work great. 5 star for sure

Calverts Auto is a very good place for excellent auto body work. My name is Deborah Day and I was side swiped by an 18 wheeler in Birmingham right after I left Carvana. He didn’t even stop. My right back door looked like a huge tiger dug his claws over and over where the spokes of his left front tire turned until “I” turned my steering to the left and got away from him. My car was a real catch. It is a 2013 Honda Accord Touring with only 58,000 miles on it. Perfect condition. A perfect used car inside and out. I made it home shaking. But I was about to be surprised soon enough. My insurance company wanted Jon to order used parts for my perfect car even though they were perfect when I drove it away. This occurred May 1. My agent did absolutely -0- for me. They Dont send a real adjuster out anymore! So for almost 3 1/2 months Jon had to argue, wrangle and do live video for the insurance company. He refused to do inferior work on a perfect car. I was about to lose it. Then finally Jon let me know it was over. We won! He ordered new parts and started to work. When finished, he did a great paint job on the right back door and the section on the back and right top. It’s perfect. I’ll be forever grateful to him for refusing to do inferior work. After all was said and done the insurance agent in Nashville called me to beg me to accept used parts?!! He was so out of touch with his own company. I told him he was a day late and many dollars short.?

He doesn't pay his employees and does cheap work. Will take weeks to get the littlest job done. He would rather be at his shop working on his own projects on holidays then being with his own kids.

Quality work, friendly service. I hit a deer and they made it very easy to work with my insurance comapny and get it done. Repaired my car better than it was before from previous issues left by a different place I was unaware about.

I won a window tint job a couple of years ago maybe three. I was so happy for one that I had won anything & two I would be getting my car done for free. When I purchased another new vehicle OF COURSE I called him first. John is an outstanding young man. You should see the work he does!When I spoke with him, he mentioned he didn't do the tinting anymore but referred me to Route 66 in Decatur. He called and even got me a quote. Since living in Decatur, we have unfortunately had two accidents with our cars. After seeking recommendations, we had Calverts do our work and we couldn't be more satisfied.The staff was extremely pleasant and they offered upfront pricing and their estimates were spot on. They delivered the car in beautiful shape in fast timing.I would highly recommend this business and will use them anytime.

Jack was very polite, concerned and attentative. He went outside with me and looked at the mirror. I told him that I would like to keep the silver cover it was no problem. He printed out my estimate and he explained each line to me and answered my question.

I dont know where to begin.. the service was amazing. Jon and his team kept me updated while they had my auto in progress the entire time. In the end the results were incredible. I am from the Decatur area originally and it feels good to know that there is such talent locally. Very friendly and helpful staff. 5 stars all the way!

I was referred to Calvert’s after getting into an accident with my Toyota 4Runner in the middle of July. Thank goodness it only suffered mainly cosmetic damage but you wouldn’t ever know it by looking at the car now! It looks and drives better than it ever has! Jon was so transparent throughout the whole process and updated me daily with different parts that were coming in and any discussions with the insurance adjuster. He went above and beyond with every aspect of this repair that I could not be more thankful to him and his team for the great job they did.
