Went in because neither one of my key fobs were working the absolutely nicest gentleman waited on me he not only replaced the batteries in my key fobs but tested them out and cleaned the buildup on the inside as well cannot recommend them enough!

I always get my watch batteries replaced and buy specialty batteries and bulbs at Batteries Plus. They have hard-to-find items and excellent service. The techs are always willing to give advice and extra information. Their merch also makes great practical Christmas and other gifts.

Usually Decatur store is a five star, but having employees who can’t change watch batteries by getting the back off is very disappointing.

WARNING I went to the website to check on appointment times to have the battery replaced in my iPhone 13 pro max. I selected one and it offered me 10% off for scheduling online. However, when I showed up for my appointment, there was one person working and she told me she didn't know anything about phones. Said her manager was out until Monday (this was Thursday) and the ONLY other person who works on them is only there once every week or two! I got no apologies, no offer to help keep me as a customer. I was told to come back next Monday. Complete waste of time and gas! What's the point of having 30 minute appointments all day everyday IF no one is there or even trained to do the work that they offer! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went there on a Friday afternoon at 5:30 pm. Store closes at 6:00. Needed a car battery. Got a price from a lady working there, didn't like it, but I had to have a battery. We went outside to look at the car to make sure it's the right one. Male worker also went with us. By now it's 5:35. He informs me that it was so close to closing time that he just couldn't do it that day. He said my best option was to go down the street to Advance Auto Parts. Really?? Can't put in a battery in 25 minutes? I'm a fairly frequent customer but no more. He just blew me off.

I received absolutely great service at this store. A battery was ordered for my phone and the technician installed it in about one hour. I was given the exact price before the repair was even started. I would not hesitate to go back for any future repairs.
