The entire store should be retrained or replaced. Management was extremely rude and the business practices seem shady at best. I'm extremely upset and won't be shopping here again. I would give zero stars if I could.

I had an amazing experience last night. I stopped by because my lights were flickering on and off on my car so I went in and talked to William S. he came out and diagnosed my car and found loose wires on my battery. He ran in the store grabbed everything I needed for the fix and actually ran back out went above and beyond and cleaned my connections and replaced my terminals. After finishing he double checked my alternator to see if it was operating properly he was very professional and friendly. It’s so good to have people still have the passion to help like he did thank you

Went in to ask questions about buying a device to program new key fobs and all I got was one guy he didn’t even know what I was talking about he advised he would ask the manager and all I got was a shoulder shrug. Definitely they don’t want to be there and definitely don’t want to help or sell parts .

I was in desperate need for an alternator today and was shocked at the prices I was hearing until I called Autozone.I not only got my my part but at a MUCH better price. I was thrilled as a woman to be able to find a woman to help me. Thank you Christy and Shannon. You ladies made a bad day better.

Don’t waste your time. AutoZone on Beltline, in Decatur, can do better. Customer service is bad enough to make me go out of my way to look the place up and write this bad review. Went into an empty store (not busy) at 6 pm (not close to close) & Asked the gentlemen working (plural, so not shorthand) for a specific tool. that looked confused so, I offered the part number. (Because I already did half of their job looking the tool I need up online And checking their currently showing inventory). He says Inventory was off, and they don’t have it. So I was out of luck apparently. I had to ask him to check the Decatur location number two, but it was Also showing in stock when it was actually out of stock. (happens to the best of us). In need of a tool tonight, I asked him to check around. He says “I don’t really have the ability to check other stores, you should check O’Reilly.” Without taking another step, I looked up the Hartselle address in line and called them myself, much to his amazement. The polite gentleman in Hartselle, checked and put hands on it within seconds. Worth the drive.

Good, customer service. Employees try and help as best as they can and if they can’t they work with the customer to find the best solution.
