Exceptional Professional service. The Manager was very friendly during my two year tenure there. The prices were reasonable and the facility was always clean. I would highly recommend Assured Storage of Decatur.

Sara was fantastic in answering a few questions I had, and even after I decided to cancel my service(just not needing the storage anymore), she went above and beyond in making sure I was a satisfied customer. Would do business with them again, especially if Sara is still there.

Does anyone actually work here? Everytime we've come by trying to pay our bill or anything during business hours, the office has an open sign but the door is always locked and there's never anyone here. It's utterly ridiculous, there should always be someone here during business hours. Absolutely unacceptable way to run a business.

They stole two shotguns, vintage Mickey mouse phone and animal house decorations. They sold us the lock and they had the other key. Just a heads up don't use this storage unit if your stuff has sentimental value.
