Beware! I had a chipped tooth which I was told would have to be extracted and an implant put in place. First thing I got was a cleaning which appeared legit. I was told to schedule next to have my chipped tooth taken care of. The next appt.I went to the chair for work to be done, dentist told me unfortunately my temporary had not come in. He said he would pull the tooth but I would have a hole until he had what was needed to proceed. I told him to not pull until he had the replacement. He left and came back later and said, good news, we can make the temporary today.He numbed my mouth and left. Came back later and said sorry we will have to reschedule, we can't do it today.I left the office after paying $1500 up front with a numb mouth and nothing else.Although I have paid this money up front, I wouldn't trust these people to touch my mouth again.Thank God I didn't let him pull the toot.I feel like pursuing some avenue to get my money back. I never do reviews, but the public needs to be warnedDo not use these people. I felt like I was in an episode of the Twilight Zone.

Made several visits to Aspen for implants & new Dentures. Worth every dollar. Dr & staff both were very nice, reassuring, & patient . I Love my new smile. Waited along time , years. Wish I would have went sooner. Dr Patel is Excellent !!!!!!! He's my guy.

Please do NOT under any circumstances trust these people or Dr Patel!! I paid in full and up front for extractions and a denture. During the extractions I kept telling Dr Patel that I could feel EVERYTHING that he was doing and was in excruciating pain and all he said was “ there is no way you feel anything and you are just over exaggerating and told me to take a few deep breaths”! Then come to find out that the permanent denture that they provided me with is actually still the temporary denture because you can see where the temporary broke and they are way to big for my mouth! So now I’m stuck with a denture that I can not wear or eat with because it’s to big and they will not fix it! And not only that during the extractions Patel broke two of my bottom teeth and refused to fix them!! Please do not use these sorry excuse of a dental office because they are waste of money and if you need short term disability papers or FMLA papers filled out you can forget it cause they won’t do that either!! And like I said I paid in full and upfront and still received a bill about a year later claiming that I owe them $350!! I would not trust these people to treat my dog even to clean his teeth!! They are rude and unprofessional and don’t have a clue as to what is going on!!

They were rude and and said I never told about my teeth not right and then try to get me to upgrade my dentures. I am an hour away from there so no I can't go get them adjusted all the time but my dentures do not fit right and I will not come back to Decatur office.

It was a relaxing, no-pressure, streamlined experience. Everyone was nice and reassuring. Being talked through my exam helped ease some of my anxiety. An overall good experience.*
