Very efficient and knowledgeable. His English isn't the greatest, but don't let that scare you. This guy knows what he's doing. He pointed out and explained everything he did. Yes he lifted up the car and walked me through it all. WOW! This place is so clean...ladies and the restroom a old but very clean
