My family and I took a family vacation to Amelia Island and punctured one of our tires on the way. After we arrived at our hotel we got in contact with Alyssa from this road side assistance company who were very polite, communicative, and helpful. Call them directly and they will be there to assist. Absolutely top notch service. Thank yall!

Mr. Bear was a great guy, I had car trouble in Decatur and I live the next town over in Huntsville. He was quick to arrive and was quite patient with the fact of me having to stop at an ATM for payment purposes. If i was ever in trouble in the Decatur area again I would call again!!! 5 stars all the way!!!!

Bear and DeeDee are wonderful! We called on Saturday evening and Bear came immediately to tow our car home. We called him back the following Monday for a tow to the shop and while the estimated wait time was ~1 hour, Bear was at our house within 15 minutes. This couple is outstanding and I will recommend them to anyone who needs help with their car. They are fast, friendly, super careful with your vehicle, and truly seem to be concerned for their customer and assisting in any way possible. We will always use Advanced Towing & Recovery for our towing needs! I highly recommend giving them a call if you need help!! Thank you Bear & DeeDee!!!

He was fast, cheap,and there soon as I call them. I can't ask for anything better. They took care of me and my car. Ift you ever need a tow I recommend Advanced Towing and Recovery. Nice rollback service not a scratch on my car.

BEWARE! Avoid Advanced Towing and Recovery in Decatur, Alabama at all costs. The franchise holder/owner agreed to refund the towing and storage fees for our totaled car when we signed the title over to him. When our son handed him the signed title, he told our son that he had spoken with his father (car owner) and evidence of a refund did not need to be given at that time. This was a bald faced lie. This was a breach of a verbal contract that the owner of Advanced Towing and Recovery in Decatur, Alabama, had with the owner of the car. He basically scammed us to get title of the car without giving us any due financial consideration that he had previously verbally agreed to. When the owner of the car found out there was no credit given, he called the franchise owner and the franchise owner said that "He (car owner) was a fool to allow his son to conduct his business."
