Went here to get our marriage certificate notarized by Anne and she was super sweet! Very fast process. Was in and out in 10 minutes. She even gave us little mints that said Mr. And Mrs. The staff blew bubbles while we walked out, and congratulated us. Was a very memorable experience. Thank you everyone, for making our day extra special.

I was in an accident with an at-fault AAA member three weeks ago. After seeing the reviews by actual AAA members, I now see why I am getting such poor service.I called the week-of to inform them of the accident -- "Someone will be contacting you in the next 24 hours."I called the claims 800 number at the end of the second week, gave them all the information they requested, and was given contact information for the agent going to work my claim. I was again told that I would be contacted. I waited a couple of days and reached out to the agent by email. Here we are, still no contact from AAA.I was shopping for insurance and can guarantee I 100% won't be going with AAA.Edit: it is now another 4 weeks, and I am still waiting on the AAA adjuster to get back to me. We have messaged a few times, but it has been over a week since I've gotten a response.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The elder woman at the front desk is the rudest woman I’ve encountered in probably my whole life. I would rather not have my business open than have someone that terrible representing the company!

Battery went dead at Decatur, AL Court House…long time AAA MEMBER so called AAA-told me service was on the way-30 minutes later still no service-called AAA a second time. 25 minutes later, nothing. Ended up having to have my wife drive from HARTSELLE with battery cables. POOR SERVICE for a service call to a downtown location.

AAA is not honoring their own ad campaigns. We joined 2 weeks ago on an ad that promised you could enroll 2 additional household members to the primary account free of charge for the year as well as get an additional 2 free months membership added to the year, if you allow autopay. Low and behold I receive a bill in the mail today asking for $29 more for adding the 2 household members. Customer service rep agreed about the promotion I joined under, but was powerless to honor the terms of it. I canceled the membership immediately.

I didn't physically visit. But AAA roadside assistance is the best investment I've ever made! Especially since between my wife's car and mine, we have about 450,000 miles.

I needed routing directions with maps because I was not familiar with the area. I was able to pick up the books and maps the next day. Just walked in the door and picked them up. No hassle no wait.
