“I have to brag on this business. I woke up to low pressure in my front right tire and I had to be at work within an hour. So I called Reese and asked if they could fit me in really quick and they checked and said that they can get me in. I came straight there and they got me in and out within 30 minutes. I was able to make it to work in time, and I am so thankful that they got me taken care of. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. “We have used Gray's Wetumpka and Prattville stores over the years for a variety of vehicles and services. Most recently, we brought in our new-to-us 2018 Ram truck to the Prattville location for an alignment, and worked with a gentleman at the service desk (unfortunately can't remember his name but he had a tattoo under his left eye). The truck was pulling to the left pretty hard and we just got it, so we wanted them to double check everything. He put it up on the rack and the alignment was dead-on, so he took it on a test drive. He determined it was likely due to the tires. He printed off the alignment machine result and built us some quotes on a few different brands of tires and when we picked up the truck he went over them with us. Didn't charge us for the alignment since the truck didn't need it. The front desk staff is always super friendly and helpful. If you need an alignment on your car or truck, Gray's will treat you right!”

“I needed to get a little work done on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler and these guys did a great job at reasonable rates. They put on a TeraFlex JK Leveling Kit, Rough Country Brake Light Extension, Nilight 2" Wheel spacers, performed a wheel swap and upgraded me to 35" Toyo Open Country AT III tires.
