“This is my go-to store. The manager here is very sweet, and she keeps a very clean store. There are often times where you walk into a dollar general, and everything is unorganized and thrown all over the aisles, but this store, it's always clean.”
“My husband and I stopped in this week just to browse. Less than 2 minutes past the door my husband couldn't walk away from the Greenworks pressure washer. He's been looking for one the last few months but struggled to justify spending the four to five hundred some of the stores were asking for the pressure level he needed.There were two prices listed on the box so we checked with one of the store associates, a nice gentleman and after some discussion we ended up being offered $20 less than the lowest price listed on the box if we took it that day...which we did! My husband loved that he had the opportunity to discuss price and pay what he felt comfortable paying rather than walking out feeling somewhat robbed for something he really wanted. Overall, great experience! Never know what you might find.My husband opened up the pressure washer today and it worked great. He's already washed off the side of the house, the shed and his car. He seems happy with how well it works and the purchase overall.Thank yall for everything!”
“Visited the Dollar Tree in the next town over. Slightly different variety of offerings. Picking up gag gifts for a friend's 60th birthday. A lot of stuff for very little money.”
“There’s a new worker and she is amazing! I wish I got her name but she’s the young lady with the purple hair! Her energy and personality is just over the top! She keeps a smile on her face and doesn’t seem in a damp mood like a lot of encounters with other employees I had there before. The best employee at this store I ever encountered!”
“Even though I don't live in Prattville, I make a point to visit this store location every opportunity I have. Very clean, great frozen food selections, many pet food choices, well organized, and friendly, helpful staff. When I was in there last Saturday, one of the employees asked me if I was finding everything okay and to let him know if he could help me. Thank you!”

“The old manager was always outside smoking. She always had someone else working after 8 or 9 am. The new manager is usually by herself,she was left with no help as all the old help had left including the manager. She is by far the nicest,but she has a lot to do and help that is reliable is hard to find. Yes,this store had to close at first a lot because the manager can't work all the opening hours by herself. Things have improved but it has been very hard on her .people just don't want to work and some that do want to call in sick or just not show up,and things r improving . she has done a very good job considering the circumstances that she inherited as the new manager.this lady has to cover for those that don't show up or call in sick..but she seems to be finding better help a little at a time.but it's a struggle. She's always in the store but has more to do than just stay at register. Try to be patient with her,she's working hard .”

“I have been a customer here since the opening of this location and watched it go downhill steadily. Both service and up keep wise. Now that it has been taken over by a new manager, Chris, for the first time ever, I actually took part in the survey when paying. Chris has made an amazingly quick turnaround in this location as a whole hope he stays around a while.”
