So I called Reese and asked if they could fit me in really quick and they checked and said that they can get me in. I came straight there and they got me in and out within 30 minutes. I was able to make it to work in time, and I am so thankful that they got me taken care of. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. “I needed to get a little work done on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler and these guys did a great job at reasonable rates. They put on a TeraFlex JK Leveling Kit, Rough Country Brake Light Extension, Nilight 2" Wheel spacers, performed a wheel swap and upgraded me to 35" Toyo Open Country AT III tires.

“5 stars for a failed rescue, because at the end of the day it was the right call for my equipment. Driver spent several hours working on my motorcoach to get it moved but in the end it couldn't be moved without certain costly damage. I believe the drivers name was Jacob and he was very polite and informative but also down to earth, realistic, and respectful. All around good business, hate that we couldn't label it a successful call.Btw: Seamon's didn't charge me a dime for the attempt. They were expensive comparatively but the only service able to even attempt my motor coach.”

“The folks at Long-Lewis Ford gave me one of the best customer experiences I've had in a very long time, if ever. My truck broke down partway through a multi-state road trip. I was able to make it to the dealership, and despite it being an unusually busy day (nationwide thunderstorms as well as two days before thanksgiving). I was made to feel that my vehicle was a priority and that they were doing there very best to get it fixed. Sunny was helpful, easy to talk to, and went out of her way to keep me updated at every step of the process. It made my day when Chapman personally told me that my vehicle was finished and repaired well before I expected it to be. He also took the time to listen and answer all of my questions and even follow up questions the following day over the phone. All in all the next time I need a repair or maintenance I would go out of my way time to take my vehicle to Long-Lewis. They do a very good job.”

I own a RV that is built on a Ford E450 Super Duty cutaway chassis and it is not easy to find a Ford dealership with the capacity to service this size vehicle. The Long-Lewis Heavy Truck Shop fills a great need in central Alabama for RV’ers and other heavy duty vehicle owners.
They have not only heavily invested in a nice facility, the staff is awesome. I have recommended this facility to several RVing friends and their experience has been positive as well.”
