“I called K&W yesterday (a cold, rainy Monday) and they came out this morning to service our unit and determined why our AC isn't actually cooling anymore, along with a few other things to keep an eye on. They were super sweet and Dasean was really informative and walked me through the issues they found and what our next steps are. They're coming back out tomorrow for some more work and, while the problem isn't fixed yet, I still feel much more educated and at ease with them handling this situation than I ever have in the past with other HVAC companies. HIGHLY recommend K&W for all of your HVAC needs!”
