It's a nice, pretty trail but there is very little info about the mounds along the trail. You just kind of walk not knowing what area may be significant or why.

What? Where?..... this is not a place for tourists to learn something about the history of this area. There is more info posted online about this place than can be discerned from actually being here. Feels like someone checked a box by planting a sign and calling it a park.

Not sure about this place. First we ended up in the parking area for the place behind it and oddly there was a shell mound there in a little opening in the trees. Then we realized we needed to go somewhere else for the "park". There were lots of trails but we never found any more shell mounds there.

Very serene. Mounds not marked. Trails not marked. Plenty of benches for resting. Disappointed we couldn't find the mounds. We're we walking on the mounds???

Dense natural foliage with walking paths. Today was not a good day for birding, but I suspect this is a great place during migration. Parking seems to be a little issue.
