The tellers at this location are top notch! Friendly and efficient and always address me by name when I walk in. Never an issue.

Came to Walmart on my lunch break to cash a check, they were unable to do it so I stopped by Woodforest on my way out and Antonio told me they would happily cash my check and offered to open me a checking account and receive my debit card the same day. I was very pleased with the great customer service from everyone and also how quickly they helped me. I had a new account and my check cashed in about 20 minutes.

I've used Woodforest for a few years now and I've never had a bad experience. The teller's are knowledgeable and have answered most of my questions and if they couldn't they would find the answer.

This bank is absolutely terrible. My father wanted to send me money through western union and I urged him to send it via online banking because I’m terrified someone’s going to rob him if he does it in person. I walked him through the process and although the money was transferred out of his account, Woodforest placed a hold on the transaction and flagged it for fraudulent activity. It was a fairly large transfer so we completely understood the caution. However, the customer service from that point on was extremely disappointing. I called with my father on three way and was told that he needed to go to a branch to clear the hold. Unfortunately, my dad is disabled (amputee) so it’s really inconvenient for him to physically visit a branch. But he went inside the Daphne location, explained the situation, and was told the hold would be cleared. Unsurprisingly, I tried to pick up the funds the next day only to be told that the hold had not been cleared. Once again, my dad asked me to call the bank on 3-way to help him figure out what was going on and the lady on the other end rudely refused to help and hung up the phone. We understand that they are unable to discuss account details with me because I’m not on the account, but when I tried to ask what my father needed to do, she just hung up the phone.There are some serious opportunities for training and I hope the company invests in this area.

3 years ago, I opened an account w this bank Bc of the hours they stayed open, their customer service, and felt like you got service maybe other banks didn’t provide. However, over the years, I feel like the quality has dropped big time, especially with the customer service area. There’s been several inconveniences with them, not to mention the inconvenience of no drive thru and having to always go in Walmart. They have plenty of room for improvement here, and not just the Daphne branch. Last, my new bank had no issues with my deposits!

Always have a good experience when going here the lady (Shunsta Kirksey) is real helpful. Helps me every time I have any issues or any service. A really good bank to bank with , and have employees that are real helpful.

They are so friendly when you open the account, but when you call back because you can't log on they are so rude and impatient with you. Honestly, I'm closing my account soon bc they are so nasty

I visited this bank to speak with someone about an issue I found wrong on my account. I spoke with a woman working there who let me explain my situation. It was shown to me that the mistake was, in short, my fault, due to a misunderstanding of how the overdraft fees work. This very bad news was not given to me in an annoyed or curt way. Instead, she was very professional and kind. She explained to me how the process works and offered advice to prevent it from happening again. Then, she went above and beyond expectations and sorted out my account so that I started over with a clean slate. I cannot express how very impressed and grateful I am for Robin Woolsey. She showed the best kind of customer service, and has certainly gained my trust for her branch.
