Big kudos to the Branch Manager Quinn Vitulli. He had done great helping me solving the mortgage payments issue today. My mortgage payments was messed up by my mortgage company. They drafted my payments from my different bank accounts for the same mortgage ( meaning I paid doubles). And it happened for two payments periods. I was not aware until I checked both accounts and discovered the mistake. I wanted to stop the mortgage from Wells Fargo account and get refund back but was told my mortgage company that I have to go in-person to Wells Fargo bank to verify the payments drafted from Wells Fargo to get refunded ( they know they received mortgage payments but just don’t want to refund immediately!) So I went to Wells Fargo Daphne Branch. Quinn connected with my mortgage company in his office and helped me&them to figure out the mistakes and get refund set up for me. Great client mindset! In addition to that, Quinn gave good suggestions that I should keep my bi-weekly payments from another banks and stop auto payments from Wells Fargo account. And he is very patient to guide me step by step in my cell phone Wells Fargo app to set up regular payments transfer from Wells Fargo to my bi-weekly payment bank account. When I mentioned I want to order more paper pay check, he tirelessly showed me how to order through Wells Fargo app. All in all, Quinn is very customer minded, very patient and very helpful for the clients. Big thanks to Quinn! Definitely would love to do business with Wells Fargo Daphne Branch.

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for 18yrs. I went to Daphne Branch for a personal loan. Ani Reihs my personal banker was professional, courteous, empathetic (emotions during the process), genuinely kind and assisted me navigating the loan process, with a couple out of the ordinary issues to address. Every individual that was a part of the process went that extra mile to assist me, professional, courteous and truly kind. Thank you, Ani Reihs and each and every professional at the Daphne office. Wells Fargo has assisted me with financial needs a few times for the past 18 yrs, always professional, courteous and going that extra mile to assist their customers.

Very inconvenient I had a sleeping baby in the back seat drove up to get a cashier's check was told I had to come in but I've gotten them through the window before? have dealt with them for years but seriously thinking about changing banks

Great looking bank, I went to use its ATM. Not their fault but I had to wait as someone in front of me took at least 15 minutes and then finally pulled out and pulled over to the side. It looks as if it might have been some type of scam or set up. Not a lot of visibility from the street.

Spent over an hour on the phone. The customer service person told me to go to local branch to handle it. I went to this branch and they told me they had never heard of what the customer service people told me. The 1-800 people apparently “know nothing”. Clerk spoke to manager came back and told me to call 1-800 number to resolve banking error. Terrible service. Bank local.

I wish I could give zero stars for this bank. The teller (Hayley) is rude, someone people are not tech savvy and a little understanding would be nice.

Well, be careful, Wells Fargo is not in Full Banking mode due to COVID. Any excuse. So if you are needing a full service bank with all products available this may not be the place. Loans are difficult, but even with excellent credit and accounts in good standing for years there is little they can do because of covid-19 for the foreseeable future. That is where you might need another financial institution not affected by COVID.

They are not open on Saturday anymore and close at 5:00 during the week. How are you supposed to deposit money when you work full time?

Every time I go here they r very nice . Every bank has rules they have to go by . I can only imagine they r no different . I usually go in side but there r times I do have to go to the drive thru . Always been good to me

Today is Friday. Just tried going through the drive through at 3:50 and got refused. They are now closing at 4:00 and aren’t allowing people to do their banking. My wife and I will be closing our accounts and moving to a bank that actually cares about their customers.
