The Internet doesn't work in the store or parking lot. I have used the order pick up several times and have had to call to confirm that I've checked in because the app doesn't tell me I'm checked in.

Typical Walmart. In stock was mediocre. Two of the items we went in for were not in stock. Very typical long wait at checkout. It's a mystery to me why usually 1/4 to 1/2 of the self check outs aren't working. Employees questionable at best. Don't expect any friendliness. They aren't ne necessarily rude. Just clearly not customer-friendly. Somewhat baffling to me since pay rates continue to rise. I'm a career multi-unit retail leader. While the work ethic and energetic personalities seem to be declining... The bottom line is that management can and should address that.

The greeters are amazing! Also the woman whose work there for over 20 years in electronic is amazing as well. They all get 5 stars..
but for the simple fact that before 8:00 p.m. you have no one checking people out is pathetic..
Literally had three people standing in self-check out giggling and joking not doing anything..
but, y'all Don'T haVe tHe EmpLoyEes to run a reGistEr.
Luckily, I'm shopping for someone else. If it was for me, someone would have jobs security taking all that stuff back where it belongs.
If you have the space to hire people to stand around self-checkout joking, you can hire people to keep registers open.

I have a love hate relationship with Walmart. I like shopping here but I hate they only have one register open with a cashier and I refuse to go to self checkout taking jobs from people.

Customer service just doesn't existant anymore. Stood in Jewlrey section wanted to purchase an item, kept hitting button for help and no one shows. Myself and someone else walked out, lost a good amount of money because your customer service is non existent. Also lost me as a customer I'll continue ordering off Amazon and not patron these big box retailers anymore. Awful. Walmart needs good management who actually care, this is a reflection of the leadership.

One stop shop. This Wal-Mart is better than others in the area. It's not too packed, stocked, and has clean facilities.
