Horrible. Extremely rude and no compassion. I was trying to check on my 6 year old's prescription (it was called in 5 hours prior) and whoever I was speaking to was only concerned about her lunch break. I will not be back.

Pretty much your standard Walgreens. It is next to the Rouses Market, so parking is not an issue. They have the usual stuff associated with a Walgreens and I was able to grab what I needed and head back to my hotel after a long day of traveling for work.As for the ambiance, it us your typical Walgreens. It is bright inside and the staff was friendly enough.Overall, this was a good place to grab a few things and then I headed to Rouses to grab some food items for while I was in town working.Overall, I would recommend here.

Awful, terrible service. Rude employees. My doctor called In a commonly prescribed a antibiotic at 2:00pm. I waited at the drive thru line 30 minutes at 4:30. When it was my turn the person put a big sign in the window saying they closed due to no pharmacist on duty. I went inside at 5:00, stood in a long line. Got up to the counter and the person told me the pharmacist was filling my prescription just then and to have a seat. An hour later she asked me my name again and said the pharmacist was filling it just now. At 6:20 she called me up to the counter and rang up my 2 prescriptions. I will NEVER use Walgreens Pharmacy again. This is the third time this has happened to me 3 times at this Walgreens. Strike Three!

Jan 26 I Called and asked to to see if they had the Covid 19 Pfizer vaccination. They said they had it, I even asked them to check if they had it for me to not Waste my time and they said yes. I arrived at the Daphne location after setting up a appointment and they told me they didn’t have the vaccine. This is the 3rd location that has done this.

This location is severely understaffed. Pharmacy lines both inside and at the drive thru are ridiculously long. I had an appointment for a booster and flu shot 32 minutes ago (I even arrived 15 minutes early) and am still waiting to be seen.

Rude pharmacist, slow service, and have left me looking for another pharmacy. I just moved to Daphne and this is the second prescription I have had filled. The first one required three trips to pick up, I assumed it would be ready the next day after it was called in (my mistake), the second trip they had mistakenly told me it was ready when I called, third trip I finally got it. One thing I have noticed in all of the visits there is that they are very slow and show no urgency or care at all about customers' wait times. They definitely will not cut short their chit chat short just because someone is standing there waiting. I heard about half of a lovely story about their mutual friend and her boyfriend and what they did the previous weekend. While I was standing right in front of one of the ladies. Then tonight I call about my second time getting a prescription filled and the pharmacist keeps me on hold an excessive amount of time, and keeps picking the phone up to check if I'm still there for some reason, about every three or four mins, just to put me on hold again. When I finally get to speak to someone they are short, rude, and even though it is their mistake that made it not ready yet they refuse to fill it while they were still open (they were open about another 90 mins when I spoke with him) and when I attempted to explain that I was out of that and needed it he said he didn't care. So do what you want, if that's the service you are looking for then by all means. But I'm looking for something a little better, so I'll keep looking for a new pharmacy.

They are friendly however very unorganized. I also don’t understand why she entire pharmacy closes for lunch?!? Why can’t they rotate so that the prescriptions that are already filled can be picked up?!? Ridiculous!!!

What’s the purpose of making an appointment for a vaccine and getting here 10 minutes early just to be told that the pharmacist has just decided to go on lunch break 15 minutes after your appointment time? Isn’t the point of an appointment is so that someone is there?!?!

I really wanted to give this store 5 stars but the Pharmacy manager Tara Smith is the rudest person I have ever met. She never smiles and rolls her eyes if you ask her to do anything more than give you your prescription. Maybe she has personal issues or hates her job. Whatever the problem is she needs to learn to slap a smile on her face when dealing with customers. I'm at a loss as to how she obtained her position. The rest of the pharmacy staff, however, are wonderful! Especially Brittany. She will address you by name every time and even when it's the end of a long day she is always a pleasure to work with
