I had the best customer service from Joey Clark and his team that I’ve had from any previous experience with many other carriers. I’m 57 with 6 adult children so I’m pretty experienced. I’ve been with Verizon for years but needed some adjustments. Mr Clark very promptly and personally handled my cellular and internet needs over the last two months until I found a fit that worked. If you have any similar needs I sincerely recommend you contact their team.

I spent several hours on phone and online to get an account canceled but just got the run-around. Went to two Verizon stores, both places clueless, went to this store, assisted by JACK and he completed what I needed done in 5 minutes. Excellent and worthy of a 5 star review.

I went in to swap over from T Mobile and I was not disappointed! Alisha was amazing! Very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to be around. She went the extra mile and stayed late to ensure that my swap was complete before calling it a night(1.5 hours past normal closing). Amazing Representation for Verizon. Thanks again!

Alisha has helped us for the past couple of years and is nothing short of efficient! She’s 100% on top of everything and thinks of things that I wouldn’t necessarily think of, like consistently checking our account to make sure we’re getting the max savings we can. She’s top notch!

I typically AVOID the cell phone store. However, after the quality and professional help we received from Bailey (Daphne location), I will no longer hesitate to go in for help. She was personable, patient, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. I appreciated that she didn't try to "up-sell" us on anything and thoroughly explained the products we were looking for. (On a personal note, I really liked her, too.) I hope Verizon is rewarding her accordingly!

Rarely do I write reviews about customer service, but I have to say I am impressed with the service I received today. Stephen was knowledgeable, patient, and charming. Honestly the best experience I ever had at any Verizon location. Will definitely go back to him for all my cell phone needs!! A great asset to the team. This man deserves a raise.

My husband and I were so tired of At&t and all the phone and internet issues were really messing my husband up at work. We had been with At&t for decades and felt like we received nothing back for our loyalty except raised rates and problems.From the moment we walked into Verizon in Daphne and met Jason, we felt like we had made the right choice to change. Just to be able to speak face to face with someone so knowledgable and friendly was amazing. We came home with new (unlimited) phones that we love, that Jason set up for both of us, and new home internet that was as easy to install as plugging in the cord. I know it sounds crazy in this new age of pandemics and high prices, but I feel like we not only received a good deal, but also made a new friend. Jason has even followed up by phoning us to make sure we are happy.
