“We walked in on a Saturday about 4pm. We were greeted upon arrival, directed to our lanes, given thorough instructions for safety and throwing tips. It was a fun experience and we will be back.”

“Nice wide paths for a walk through the woods. We tried to go down every loop to hit every trail. It took us about 3 hours total with much time looking in the nature center. The gift shop that says open 7 days a week was closed.”
“Amazing venue for a corporate retreat and meeting. I would imagine a wedding here would be magical overlooking the lake. Amenities are top notch, host is friendly and welcoming, and the scenery is simplistic beauty.”
“We came for a children's volleyball tournament. Parking was messy, the hall has upgrades under way, and the out door areas were not set up for use.
The food service was decent, at least. Long lines, but moved quickly and food quality was good. It was nice to have some options from pretzels to chips to pickles.”

“Great place to visit and spend a few hours. Had some family visit me. Took them and their 2 children. We had a very enjoyable time.The kids ran all over looking at the displays. All the adults enjoyed it too. We were there about 2 hours.And it is air conditioned. They have free parking.”

“The Venue hosted our rehearsal dinner last weekend, and we could not have been more thrilled with the experience. Working with Jenna and the rest of the new ownership team made the planning of the event stress-free even though we were remote from Fairhope. The space is beautiful and flexible and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure that the event comes off flawlessly. Truly top notch, with many compliments from our guests. “Beautiful view, make sure you specifically request a Riverview room. My husband loved the view, the windows were floor to ceiling. The pool area was fantastic, they have a small splash pad for the kids which my son loved. Make sure to get more than one room key if it’s more than one of you bc you need it to go anywhere in the elevator. Loved that the pool had on site bathrooms with 3-4 stalls in the women’s so your not waiting soaken wet to use the restroom. The only thing I did not like about this hotel was the cleaning lady knocking on my door and then opening it before I could even get to the door to ask when I am leaving. First off I had already requested a late check out and wasn’t leaving until 12:30 & it was like 9 in the morning. Secondly what if I had been naked or something. Crazy.”
“We had an issue figuring out the television, help came IMMEDIATELY after calling and figured it out, simple. We needed a microwave to make a bottle for the baby to sleep, it was in our room within MINUTES. Chris White at the front desk was SO HELPFUL, above and beyond. We are currently staying here so I hope the amazing service lasts our whole trip, I have no doubt at all that it will!”
“I am a member of the DAR in Illinois and secretary of my local chapter so I thought I would tour this historic home while I was passing through Mobile. It’s very lovely and has lots of original pieces and my tour guides were too young Southern Belles, Margaret and Zoe. They were very informative and so professional and polished! It was a real pleasure!”

“Easy check-in. The room was adequate. About what one would expect. Excellent location as it is only a few blocks from the Sanger theater and Soul Kitchen. They don't have their own parking garage, but there is one across the street.”
