Amazing customer service, I made a passport appointment and the process was smooth and fast!

I arrived at the post office about 30 mins before closing on Fri Dec 15, the line was LONG and extended outside. As the 4:30 closing time approached, the staff was very accommodative in making sure everyone in line was served. Staff is very even tempered and of good humor.
