Will never go back to this UPS store. I went in to send off an Amazon return, QR code in hand and employee refused without item being in the original shipping packaging with original shipping label. I went back home and rebagged it in original shipping bag which was NOT an Amazon bag and it had no shipping label just a barcode sticker, then went back to the store and she still refused. I called Amazon who confirmed it does not need to be mailed back in the original packaging, or any kind of Amazon packaging at that. The QR code provides them the return shipping label and that’s all they need. She basically told me it wasn’t her problem. Black woman, forgot to get her name. Thankfully Amazons customer service is a lot better than this UPS & they decided to offer me a refund without return seeing as how I can’t send off the return without the cooperation of my local UPS store front. I’ve done many Amazon returns both at this store and others and have never been required to provide original shipping label and packaging. Amazon drops things off in random packaging all the time, and they provide the return label so please explain to me what the original packaging and label has to do with anything. Completely uncalled for and a waste of time.

Needed some business cards and Jennifer was super sweet, friendly, caring and responsive. She was very prompt with providing a draft and had them ready the next day after the okay. The cards were perfect for my needs.Would highly recommend this UPS store!
