The blonde girl with the glasses is extremely rude and condescending. I placed a pickup order for a bunch of items because I’ve been dealing with some health issues lately and desperately needed some self care. Online, the ulta website said I could pickup my order by 7 and it would be ready within 2 hours. 2 hours rolled by and I didn’t get a confirmation so I called this ulta store to ask about my order. I was informed that pickup orders were only until 5pm and that I had to wait until tomorrow for my items. I asked if since the store was still open if I could get a refund or grab the items myself because there was no way I could do pickup the next day and I had no idea that pickup ended at 5pm. She said I could only do that if I have a confirmation number which I only receive when my order is complete… which it wouldn’t be completed since pickup hours ended… make it make sense. Since she was literally zero help I called ulta support and they said I could come in and retrieve my items and they gladly gave me a confirmation number. So I walk into ulta and was greeted very kindly by a brunette girl working by the urban decay products. I told her about my situation and she said that I can definitely grab the items myself I just had to go to the register and let the girl there know. Well… it was the blonde girl with glasses and I immediately recognized her voice from the phone and she just stared at me blankly and then rudely looked me up and down. I get that I looked rough, but sometimes a girl doesn’t have enough energy to put on makeup or have a nice outfit on. Hence why I was at ulta to get my self care items! I then reexplained everything and she said I couldn’t have my items because they weren’t ready. I told her I understood but asked if I could grab the items myself or get a refund. She then rolled her eyes and said “well now I HAVE to get the manager”! Manager comes up and blonde girl says “she has something to ask you”. So unprofessional, but I told the manager what was going on and funny enough my order was ready so she handed it to me! What a joke. Blonde girl needs some retraining and an attitude adjustment because that whole experience makes me never want to come back to an ulta, but unfortunately, Sephora is like an hour drive. I have never been treated so horribly like I was a gross and stupid inconvenience. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. A makeup store should be an uplifting place with positive energy for everyone.

i always come to this ulta and everyone is very kind, but decided to leave a review tonight because of how helpful the staff was when i stopped by earlier. i’m going to my first Pride tomorrow and for most themed art walks i dress as a clown. i realized i didn’t have anymore white foundation, and usually use the LA girl white pigment for fun makeup like this. i walked around for a bit and started to feel stressed because tonight was the only time i would have to pick it up but i couldn’t find LA girl anywhere. i have anxiety and try not to ask for help with anything unless i really can’t find it. they informed me that LA girl isn’t really carried in ulta stores anymore, but they still had some in the back! one of the three ladies helping me went in the back to grab the exact white pigment i was needing. the girl up front at the register was also so nice!!
so excited to do a fun look for Pride tomorrow, and a huge thank you to everyone working tonight that helped me out. it may have been a short interaction but it was very appreciated!!

This is by far the most disgusting Ulta I have ever been in. The store isn’t clean by a long shot. The make up demo stations are piled high with trash, are unsanitary, lacking in tester supplies and tissues.
I walked through the entire store, wasn’t greeted or even talked to while a group of employees stood in a circle near the entrance talking to each other.
The bathrooms were beyond nasty, trash all over the floors; and a male employee uses the female bathroom. Why?!
I also called the store and asked to speak to a manager. After 18 minutes on hold, I gave up. I have better things to do than waste my time and money on this store.

Ulta is not what it used to be. Today, I went into Ulta. While looking at a product, a young lady working there asked if I needed help. I kindly said no, but she insisted on getting in my personal space and telling me what shade I needed to buy. I wanted to buy more at the store, but she just wouldn't let up. While in line, I noticed she was using a small scissor on the floor to cut what looked like her nails. Very unprofessional and gross.

I used the salon at this Ulta for a haircut and color recently and will never go back. I’ve used other salons with Ulta in other cities and always had a great experience. This time when the stylist rinsed the color from my hair she soaked my sweater. She was kind enough to use her blow dryer to try and dry it after my cut, but never mentioned that my sweater was ruined with hair dye. I found it when I got home and called back immediately to let them know what happened. The manager was out and I was told I had to call back when she was in. They didn’t take my number or try and make it right. It’s like they just didn’t care.

Old short white lady come up to me and said if I wanted to steal I could stick it in my shoes remind you I’m black so if you wanna go to ulta and smell smells and your black please don’t go because she will accuse you of stealing just a fyi don’t be black and go into stores it’s now illegal and her name was Ricky very rude

Rikki at the Ulta Salon did a beautiful job on my hair and color. It is evident that she is extremely knowledgeable and experienced as a stylist. Throughout the process, she made sure I was comfortable & that we were both on the same page with what she was doing to my hair. Highly recommend Rikki!

I had a great experience in the salon getting an updo, lashes, and makeup for an event. Bryanna and Katie put thought and planning into my services, provided what I requested, and their work stayed in place for 12+ hours.
