I live in Wilmer Al and I wanted my prescription transferred to a pharmacy in mobile and was told by triad pharmacy that they could not transfer my prescription because it was already filled. I drove over an hour to pick up my prescription and was told that I would have to wait 20 minutes because the prescription wasn't filled yet. If it wasn't filled yet why wouldn't they transfer it. Piss poor business and customer service. Won't be back here again. They don't deserve one star.

Amazing prices. They don’t take insurance and they are a compounding company I get a few of my meds there at a fraction of the cost at Walmart. Or cvs.

Stay AWAY! They charged me $86 and then added more money to my order somehow and charged me $100 for some arbitrary charge...this was without my consent. Its wrong, but I hope they are happy with themselves.

In all fairness this pharmacy has been pretty helpful when Ive needed them in the past. But, I will not be using them anymore bc today they were really rude on the phone, particularly the Manager, Dorothy who was likely trying to impress the employee as she berated me over the phone. I asked for an order stating I needed it two days later. I never used the words urgent or overnight. I needed it 2 days later. They charged me for overnight services. Its about $20 or so more. I called and said I should have a credit for my later orders and they kind of went ballistic on me. The employee said I spoke terrible to her to her manager and then they ganged up on me. The Manager, Dorothy wanted to punish me and said we will never order for you without a verbal OK or we will never do overnights! And she kept speaking loudly, talking over me. They do not care about their customers, or keeping their business considering, Ive given them a lot of money ordering through them always in the past year or longer. For every 1 customer you lose, you lose 10 they say. I have two friends Ive just recommended for Bio therapy, now they will not use this pharmacy and others will read their stars. No matter what you should listen to your customer, and not fight with them if you want to keep them in the end and keep their business. These are unhappy women. They could not speak calmly and resolve anything, and the most important things is how you "speak" and treat your customers. In the end this was terrible customer service and it was a shame bc I actually always liked Tina prior to this....I texted my Dr and asked about other pharmacies, and told him I had a horrible experience, so now he will not refer them and luckily he has 2 others he uses, shewwww! So, overall I do not recommend this company.I would have in the past, as they were a lot better but today was an awful experience and now I can not.

They always call to confirm my order and let me know when it'll be ready. They're very easy to work with.

For some reason online it says 9-8 (like most normal people I work 8-5) got there 5:05 (the door says 9-5) Needed to pick something up that was prepaid for and “ready†but the doors were locked. Not sure why online it says the wrong hours. But something I highly suggest fixing.
