Unfortunately one of the employees working near the front register was very rude towards me. I was waiting for an employee to press a button on which register to go to. The employee with the headset on yelled in my direction. However, I am hard of hearing. I don’t know what was said. Because I didn’t move quick enough, the employee made an extremely rude face towards me. The entire transaction the same employee was talking to the cashier. The cashier never pressed a button telling me which register to go to because they were so distracted with talking to each other. The attitude was just really unwarranted.

Exceeded expectations, though i wish this location provided a senior discount.
The store was neat and orderly. Good merchandise was available. There was no wait for a changing room. The store could open more registers when the line grows; today there was a 3-5 minute wait to check out.

First time in a TJ Maxx. A great store with so many different items I cannot list them here. We bought shoes and a hand bag. Prices seemed to me to be very good.

On February 17, 2024, at 11:45 AM, I visited the T.J. Maxx store in Daphne, AL to purchase baby shower gifts. As I approached the checkout counter, I was completely disregarded by the employee, who wouldn't even turn around to greet me. I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. I had to wait for her manager to intervene and make her service me, which was embarrassing. The total amount of my purchase was $59.08.Two days later, on February 19, 2024, I visited the same T.J. Maxx location to return an item. I patiently waited in line like any other customer. However, one of the employees at the register deliberately waited for her coworkers to finish checking out other customers before attending to me. She was clearly avoiding servicing me at her register for reasons unknown to me.I am extremely disappointed by the way I was treated at this T.J. Maxx location. I have never experienced such poor service at any other T.J. Maxx store. The employees made me feel disregarded and uncomfortable. As a customer, I only wanted to spend money at the store, but I was treated like I was not wanted. Unfortunately, it seems that the employees at this location have a problem with customers of a different skin tone than theirs. This is unacceptable behavior, and I will not be returning to this T.J. Maxx location.

The employees here are always very nice and the store is very clean and well organized. Our cashier tonight, Sean went above and beyond with his customer service and was very kind and helpful! He is an awesome cashier!
