I would 100% recommend this place! Kelly and Mike at the front desk were wonderful. They helped me with everything I needed! I was also extremely surprised how fast the service was! I will definitely make this my go to place from now on!

Thanku to all the guys there for everything especially Brian who took care of my tire that had some type of leak very professional he showed me where the pin hole was in my tire.. Also, Josh the manger walked over and made sure he was taking care of myself… Great Work great teamwork very caring etc…

Mike literally saved our vacation. Our rental car had an issue, and with the local agencies tapped out of vehicles to swap out with, we had no choice but to take it to a repair center. Mike met us at the door, got everything taken care of, and had us on our way before we realized it. It's great to see that there's still awesome people in the world.

Mike is great at Mavis, he will be genuine and cost effective, very very helpful and caring along with knowledgeable. Trustworthy person who has always helped out. I’d ask for Mike if you go to Mavis 5/5 customer service

First time using this company.. I just got 4 new tires.. it literally took them 37 minutes. I hadn’t gotten comfortable in the waiting area yet before they was done lol .. really nice & knowledgeable.. i will be using them from here out

Great staff, great rates, great service! I called in one morning explaining the needs I had with my car. The told me to come on in that same afternoon. They had what they needed to get my car back in shape and ready for a road trip. I so appreciated that they helped me last minute and did so with courtesy and professionalism.

I was literally a damsel in distress on a Friday afternoon at 5:00 in Daphne. I had a tire issue, and even though I travel with an air compressor, I knew something was wrong. I made it to Mavis Tires before my tire went flat. Mavis closes at 6:00 pm on Friday and they were busy with customers and I am sure it had been a long hot day for the staff.
Upon entering, Chase came up to the counter and asked what I needed. He was kind enough to take the time to have me pull my car to a bay to see if we could determine what was going on with my tire. I thought it might be a nail but it actually turned out to be something more serious. I needed a new tire.
Mavis did not have my tire in stock, so Chase was kind enough to call around to see if anyone did. Of course...no luck.
Chase then said he could place an order for a tire and try to get it on Saturday morning, but with the late hour...there was no guarantee.
I asked Chase to order me four new tires. Shockingly, even with the end of day order that was placed..Chase called me Saturday morning to let me know the tires had come in and they would have me ready to roll by lunch.
I had never been to a Mavis tire store, and was so lucky that I found my way to this store on this Friday afternoon. I can not say enough great things about how Chase and his team took care of this damsel in distress.
