Our son has attended Tiny Tots since he was 9 weeks old around January 2022. Like every other parent we were terrified about leaving our newborn in someone else's hands. It didn't take long before our minds were put at ease by Ms. Ann in the nursery, she has always made us feel that she genuinely cares about our son and kept us updated throughout the day. Even as our child has gotten older and moved up to new rooms we have always known he is safe and well taken care of. He's excited to go to school and happy to see all of his teachers. This daycare makes it easy to know when your child has napped, what they've eaten, their activities for the day, and paying your tuition is also super simple and takes a few seconds all through an app. We're sent photos and videos throughout the day, they're great at communicating upcoming closures for holidays and even offer monthly professional photos. We are kept informed about our son's behavior and if there's anything else we need to be aware of they always send us a message. Everyone in management is friendly and quick to answer any questions you may have. Thankful for everyone who works here.

My son was there about a solid two months before things just completely just went off the deep end. At first the daycare was super nice and communicated any concerns but then it got to the point where i was getting messages everyday that my child was a source of hitting or pushing , this is his first daycare ,first time really being around people his age. The messages got to a point where i left work to go basically pop up on the situation to see for myself. Not only was my son learning the bad behavior from the class that he was in but the source of the problem was a kid that belongs to the front staff of the daycare. Most times when dropping my son off i would see this other kid smacking, scratching this other little boy in class. Fine we moved past this point. The thing that bothered me the most is the have a system where they can upload what your child does throughout the day and nothing would ever match up. They would put on there that he had breakfast at 7:30 but i never would drop him off before 8:00... i would pick him up most days and he would come home acting like his starving and when it got brought up the response was oh no he gives us no trouble with eating even though i KNOW he can be a picky eater. It would never fail i would pick him up everyday with FILTHY hands. I know kids play outside but why is my son caked in mud and dirt! Why am i bringing in two packs a wipes a month if you guys can't at least clean his hands with that!!!! MY LAST STRAW was when i picked my son up got him home and saw the worst diaper rash which he's about to be 3 coming up.... he's never had a diaper rash EVER because he gets changed on time with me. I got no notification no call text nothing letting me know the state of my child's bottom... the smell in this place is horrible everyone too someone get them a damn plug in freshener

My son went to Tiny Tots when he was an infant. I’m grateful for this family who runs this business. I still have artwork from my son when he was an infant on my fridge years later. They are priceless and it’s all because of them. Every time I walked in to pick up my son he was happily playing or being held. Thank you Tony Tots!!! Tom and I will always be part of the family! I’m an elementary teacher so I know quality child care when I see it.I never saw my son in front of it around a TV.

DISRESPECTFUL OWNER! There’s no telling how they will treat your kids if they can even be respectful when commenting!Remove your disgusting allegations from these “response from the owner!” Be more professional in your responses and maybe you will get some bad reviews removed!

Awful place, my daughter would be a mess when I picked her up, shoes on wrong, dirty face... She had several bruises throughout the time she was there and I just figured she hurt herself while playing never got a report telling me what had happened... I called one time and told them I would need a report every time something happened to her because she had come home bleeding and then after that one day she came home with a bruise that clearly looked like a thumb and when I called to ask for my report they gave me the run around and no one could tell me what happened, the owner went off on me because o would settle for their "she told us it was marker" excuse

How can you trust your kids with someone that’s so rude to people! Unprofessional!

My son started here in August, I was very excited to find childcare considering the shortage of available spots. My husband wasn’t initially fond of the center, but it seemed to be great and my son would go in without a fuss. He had a teacher (who’s no longer there) that was great, always kept in communication with me, and my son loved her. She was gone 2 weeks later. While his new teachers seemed very sincere and caring, they weren’t super experienced. Which is fine, great way to learn. But there’s an EXTREMELY UNSAFE TEACHER TO CHILD RATIO in the classrooms. There was absolutely no supervision, the TV was on constantly.I had a “conference” with Michelle Turnage, assistant director (I believe), where she then revealed to me that my son HAD ESCAPED THE CENTER 2X TIMES. I was never notified of this either. She proceeded to tell me she had to “pull my son back inside by his hair” because it’s “better to lose hair strains than his life”.LOW safety precautions and inappropriate correction procedures for children. I would never recommend this childcare center to anyone. If they hired more teachers who have experience, or are trained, possibly there’s potential, as well as an etiquette class and clearly a law regulation refresher course for management. But the way the Director and her daughter (Cynthia and Michelle Turnage) spoke to and about children is disrespectful.MY TWO YEAR OLD CHILD ESCAPED THE CENTER 2X . And I was not notified.

I have worked at this daycare for a few years now. These people are so caring and loving to children. No we don’t wear masks back there in the rooms but we can if we wish. We keep everything sanitized all day, we always clean the kids from germs. We may not wear masks but we are keeping very very clean. My only complaint and it’s not even a bad complaint, I wasn’t getting enough hours and people that haven’t even been there near as long as me were getting more days then me. I still love this place and all the children. They learn so much at this daycare. I recently got a new job so I haven’t been working as much there anymore but I will always be part of the tiny tots family.

I am a former employee of Tiny Tots, I worked for 2 days before realizing I wanted nothing to do with this daycare. I was hired before a background check and was unsupervised my first day. Therefore anyone can watch your children. They put me with 12 two year olds, without telling me their names, where their diapers were, or what to do with them. These children are seriously unsupervised and man handled. This is a very hard job but the burn out these woman are experiencing happened a long time ago. Staff are underpaid and overworked. My last day I watched the children during nap time, a little girl had an accident so I sent her to my boss,Cindy and her teacher, Katie. They returned her in the same clothes that she wore for the rest of the day. I would never send my children here or allow any of my loved ones too.

The level of professionalism is nonexistent. Employees are not wearing face coverings, account manager Michelle doesn’t track finances correctly, and a lot of professional misconduct occurs here. Michelle (the business owner daughter) is over the finances and chooses to communicate via text message about account balances and is not capable of explaining cost or policies. She refers clients to her mother, Cindy, to handle such matters. She also asks clients to pay off their payment schedule (pay in advance) due to events that occur in her life. I normally get paid on fridays and have always paid on fridays. Michelle charged my account without my authorization on Wednesday since she wasn’t going to be in office on Friday. I am honestly shocked at the act of boldness to commit fraud then deny such action. My bank confirm when the authorization was made (Wednesday) and notice Michelle charged my account Monday as well! That was two charges in one week. Cindy is even worse because she cannot address clients inquires in a professional manner. She becomes irritated, hostile, then disengaged. She is unable to articulate her rationale for the policies. I still do not have a understanding about the deadline of when this facility stop charging $50 to hold your child’s spot for a week because of Covid. Cindy told me COVID is over. And nobody is talking it seriously anymore. That statement was even more alarming because we are trusting Cindy to take our children’s health seriously and prevent exposure to COVID despite her personal beliefs. Instead of listening to my concerns Cindy was very insulting to me (she told me to “shut my mouth”) and made me feel like my business was not needed. She made statements like just take your kid out when all I wanted was a explanation about a policy they were enforcing that apparently doesn’t actually exist. Please think twice and explore other options before enrolling your child here, the business owner is not equipped to handle escalated matters without resorting to misconduct. I will report to the better business bureau for the fraudulent activity that occurred on my account and Cindy’s disregard for the seriousness of COVID. Adults are not wearing a face mask in the facility even though their sign suggests it. Higher student to teacher ratio in classrooms.

Great facility, it was just dirty! Not hygienic. If you walk in there you’ll see for yourself.
