Absolutely amazing people there and I love their little dog that they have, we played fetch. I went there to purchase polo shirts for the Coastal Alabama community college program that I was going through. They had the 2X size that I needed. And when I found out that I needed more, I went back and purchased 3 more they had them all in stock. Then I spent the next hour, just talking to the lady they’re walking around and looking at the scrubs everybody’s so friendly. They have so many choices in scrubs it almost makes me want to be nurse.

Terrible Experience! I would avoid at all costs! I came in trying to buy a stethoscope because they had told me before that they would price match. As I was attempting to find the right stethoscope for me, the heavier set woman with glasses called someone above her and was asking me numerous questions about the stethoscope I was looking at. I had not even picked one out yet. She kept asking me questions I didn't know the answer to but evidently was too lazy to get up and help me knowing I was struggling and knew nothing about stethoscopes. It was pure laziness. They also have an aggressive dog that growled at the person I was with and dog hair on the floor or I assume it was dog hair. Worst customer service ever! There is a way better Scrub Shop at the mall in Spanish Fort where they actually want to help you!

I recently purchased 4 items from The Scub Shop in Daphne Al, i am extremely pleased with my purchase everything fit perfectly as she said it would . I owe it to Ms Ashley H. who is amazingly wonderful at what she does!!!!! I really appreciate the professionalism knowledge and the great customer service that is so hard to get these days!!!! As well as the patience i fully endorse and recommend your store to all my friends in the nursing/scrub field. I will be purchasing again soon thank you so much ?????

First time shopping for scrubs and all the ladies were extremely friendly and helpful. The manager was very knowable about all brands and had wonderful suggestions for fit. Will definitely be back. Thank You!

I went to The Scrub Shop with a friend who needed pants for work. I thought this would be just scrubs and medical stuff. Boy was I wrong. I found the cutest pair of tennis shoes and a Brumate tumbler. There was so much more that I wanted to look at but we ran out of time. The staff were so warm, welcoming and helpful. Because I have high arches I had to try on different sizes. Heather was so helpful in assisting me with picking the right fit.
