The Mar-Kee Group provides outstanding "real world" training without using the traditional rote memorization of tired closing techniques. Richard and David guide participants through sales scenarios, listening to the feedback, and teaching excellent practices to maximize potential! I was genuinely impressed with the content offered for RV Industry Specific (RV Service) training. This is one of the only training groups I've worked with which has not adapted pre-existing automotive training and simply stamped "RV" on it.I also cannot stress how important that this training focuses on the fundamentals of RV Service - it leaves just enough open interpretation for the dealership leadership to apply their processes of Work Order Management in conjunction to the training offered by the Mar-Kee group. At no time did I have to use the phrase to my team "we do it this way - so don't follow what they are telling you".This has taken a huge weight off of my shoulders to provide just the right type of training for my team - my ability to empower them to be the best version of themselves for our customers has been amplified with these modules. I'm encouraged and excited at the level of impact it is currently having and it will continue have.Thank you so much!
