My sons Camero was acting up so he called for an appointment. He was told it would be three weeks. My husband called and was told one week. We dropped the car off for the appointment and they didn't start looking at it for two days but never told us. Then they tried to charge us almost $800 for something covered under the extended warranty. Move forward 5 days and we pick the car up. By the time we get home we realize it's in no way fixed. They actually told us if we wanted to pick it up to take it somewhere else that we were welcome to in a snarky, unprofessional tone. Just rude.

Was given incorrect information from service center and the full runaround on a battery that failed under warranty. GM dealership structure as a whole is a joke.

So I had a recall on my 2015 GMC can. A recall that makes the power steering go out whenever it feels like it wants to. I call and make an appointment to fix on Thursday @ 10 am. I get off work early Wednesday and say hey let's drop it off and I'll drive my spare vehicle. Get there tell them hey I'm dropping off today and will pick up tomorrow, I have an appointment tomorrow at 10am. Will it be ready after I get off work? Service lady answers yes. She ask me to fill out paperwork and ask why is it here. I say I called and made appointment for the recall of losing my power steering and how it goes out randomly and almost makes you wreck. She checks the system sees where I do have an appointment and says yep got you right here. After I finish the paperwork 15 mins later and she had my keys. Sales lady says did you buy your truck here? I say no. She says well we can't work on it. And I say wait what? I called made an appointment no one said anything, made the appointment I'm here you said you have the part, why the hell not. Because you didn't buy the truck from us. Is Terry Thompson authorized to sell and service GMC's? Why yes. So those uplifting garbage ads are shit in the radio. Just to let you know I went to Tameron down the road and traded it in and bought a new truck. You might wanna second guess your shit service department.

Went in with the intention to buy one truck, came out with Two Gerard Sims got us everything we could ask for and really took care of us. Wasn't excited with one of the finance people who I felt wasn't looking out for our best interest but again Gerard Got us back to the original finance guy Steve and we left with numbers we were happy to work with. I wasn't a fan of issues with another employee lying about Gerard being in on a day he was on vacation wasting our time having us wait for him but left happy with the outcome of getting the services I needed for my truck We did run into some issues with the title transfer for one of the vehicles we traded in but was very surprised when the owner called us to let us know he was working on it himself and with his help we were able to get it resolved very quickly I neeeded step bars put on both trucks because unfortunately I'm short but again Gerard came threw with helping us find the most cost efficient bars that would look great for each truck Both me and my husband are super happy with our purchases we really feel like we got the best deal So if your needing someone reliable I'd definitely ASK FOR GERARD SIMS he's the best one there to look out for you

The people there were very polite to me and they got my truck fixed the same day I went in. There mechanic's are very good and quick, would recommend them for work on your vehicle.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I should not pay $50,000 for a vehicle and then be given the worst customer service imaginable. I was told to drop my truck off at 1pm for a service. I dropped it off at 12:15 just to make sure they had ample time. When I dropped it off I was told it would be done in 1 hour. I showed back up at 2pm and began walking around looking to see if my truck was done. While walking around I saw the mechanic driving my truck (very fast) then pulled it onto the lift and began to raise it into the air. I then walked inside to ask if it was done and the customer service worker said no and that it had been on the lift since 1pm then I called him out saying I just watched it get pulled in when I was given a very rude response. Sum of it all, do not come here, buy a vehicle from here or do business here. Awful establishment in general.

I was trying to get some tires but the next available appointment was a week later. My tires were in serious need of replacing but I guess I'm supposed to know a week ahead of time when I need tires.

We are living in the Gulf shores but after 20 years we switched to Terry Thompson because Southern Chevrolet changed the way they treat loyal customer. Now we are willing to drive little more because Terry Thompson gives high quality service and because we trade car every two years Terry Thompson will get all the business.Very friendly and knowledgeable stuff . Good hardworking people.

Worst customer service from sales manager I've ever had. The thing about a bad experience with buying a car is that you will tell people how bad it was if you know they are looking to buy a car. I've already steered one person to driving across the Bay to Mobile for their Chevrolet purchase and plan to guide anyone else that way as well.

Usually they are fast in getting my car in and out, but the last time I went they took forever. I was the last customer and I was only there for an oil change, tire rotation, and one headlight replacement. I had made my appointment two weeks in advance.
