Today is the 4th time over the past few months that I've attempted to get an oil change on my 2024 Atlas. Two of of four times their App would book my appointments, which took two months to schedule. Only to find out I had no appointment when I called to confirm. The other 2 occurrences were scheduled over the phone with the service department. Today, was no different than the other three occurrences. To top it off the service engine light came on 2 weeks after my purchase, and 6 months later it's still on! Extremely disappointed in this dealerships poor customer service and quality of my purchase. I won't be buying another vehicle from here again.

This is Dessie Carey, the owner of the 2009 VW Jetta. I had the Jetta Kia/VW Dealership in Daphne, Al. due to ABS recall, in fact the second with the first in 2017. The service manager Steve Lowe, portrayed extreme professionalism and customer service was met to our satisfaction. Mr. Lowe kept a rapport with us assuring the repairs were covered under an extended warranty. Being elderly, and living on a budget this was a concern. Mr. Lowe's professionalism is an asset to VW/KIA of Daphne. Thank you for all the hard work and effort regarding the repair of my VW Jetta. Dessie Carey

We scheduled a service appointment 2 months in advance on the website. My wife and I took days off work. She is in the medical field and had to move patients. Showed up and was greeted by someone in service that is better suited under a car and NOT customer facing. Told us there was issues with the site and that we don’t have an appointment. Went and talked to the service manager, Jared, and rather than try to fix the issue, his solution was ‘I already have one pissed off customer and I won’t move them or I will have 2 pissed off customers “. Even when I asked for a loaner and told them we could come back over the weekend and pick it up. So, if you want dependable service from nice, honest, customer service-oriented people, go somewhere else. We will be.

I came in for a recall to install an engine cover on my 2022 VWGTI. The service representative was very helpful after checking to see that the part was in stock. He went back and installed it himself which only took a few minutes. Thank you for the quick service. You are the closest VW dealership to me. It is an hour drive. I only wish I lived closer!

Steve the service writer out right lies to customers, caught him in 3 different lies then called a female customer a lier then was proved wrong with no apology what so ever, down to females like they don’t know anything. The service manager won’t actually talk to you he just walks away when you prove him wrong. And the owner of the company refuses to do anything to right the wrongs that were done by any of there employees. This dealership is by far the worst dealership I have ever had.
