Everyone was just rude. Came in today ready to purchase a Telluride but no one would help me. We met a Caucasian couple there and they got helped while everyone just looked and stared at me. After I waited for 30 mins we decided to leave. Then someone wanted to help but at that point I was over it. I'll make my purchase elsewhere. I won't be back

Whatever you do, do not buy a vehicle from Kia of Daphne. They will lie to you and tell you they did a repair that they did not. They said they patched my wife's tire only to find that when we got back to Pensacola the tire went flat again. Took it into a local shop and they said no patch work was ever done. All they did was fill it back up with air and left he nail in the tire. Kia America you really need to check out this dealership and see if they should be a dealer for you. We also found out there are three recall repairs that they should have fixed before reselling the vehicle, but did not. #untrustworthy #dishonest

Had my Carnival service and the staff was excellent! I had a screw one of my tires and they fixed at no charge. The waiting area is so very nice! I drive from the other side of P'cola to come here. The waiting area at the P'cola Kia is like out of the 80's and not very nice at all. Thanks for the great service!
