We sat for an 1:20 minutes in bay and then 20 minutes for the oil change. They didn't start working on the car until about an hour in and then they realized they didn't even have the oil my car needed. Had to wait for someone to bring the oil. The oil that was brought wasn't even the correct kind and was only "temporary" and this "temporary" oil was $130. We were told that we have to get it flushed as well. We will NEVER be back to this establishment and not only will we not reccomend it to others, but we will discourage them from coming In the first place! I would give this place negative stars if I could.

I rather go through child birth again than go back here. Took an hour and a half+. I would of left but I was already in the bay with my hood up. I only waited 15 mins outside. Only 3 people working. The guy who was in charge of speaking to me was hard to understand. He mumbled and couldn’t even look at me in the eye. He was told what to say word for word from the guy under my car like it was his first day working there. He knew nothing about anything. The employees were talking trash about him when he went out to talk to cars pulling up. No sense of urgency and really weird vibes between the workers. The whole situation felt really awkward.

They don’t have enough guys working here on the weekends. so even if only a car or two is in front of you, expect to wait an insane amount of time. I’ve been currently waiting over two hours. Unbelievable. Car infront of me being serviced for 40 minutes. We’ve already invested too much time to leave, they should be up front with you about the wait when you pull up it’s ridiculous. Advertising quick service for this is just dishonest.
Not to mention the last time I was here one of their dudes hit on me and told me my oil didn’t need to be changed when it DID, so the next time I came they said my oil was really dirty and I should have come in. I did and your guy told me it wasn’t ready to be changed. Lol. This is where I’ve been coming for three years and I don’t think I’ll be back.

After waiting an hour and 15 minutes in line to get my oil changed was told that it would be another hour. Call someone with an appointment Came in after me was told boss said they had to do the appointment first. Their sign says the fastest oil change. This is not true. I will not be back too many other places. I can take my business to be treated this way. I do wanna add that the staff was this polite and apologetic as they could be, but it was the boss, and administration that made them behave in this way.

I would like to say the manager I think his name was Tristen or christen I could be wrong he had a bun in but he was very helpful and a good manager as well

Waited 20 min to get in bay, sat for another 20, asked when they could start was told another 20 min. 3 employees working on one vehicle me and 2?other customers left

One star since car was left a mess with oil all over it and coolant cap left off. See photos. Oil above door handle, on side of left quarter panel, on front below hood, drips on bumper, battery and fuse box.
The total time was 1 hour and 4 minutes which seems long since there were only 2 cars in front of me. No car in the middle bay when I pulled up.
Huge upcharge for cabin air filter removal and replacement - $50 charge when the filter costs around $20 at local auto parts store. I've done it myself before but thought I'm sure it won't cost too much more. They didn't say how much it would be but my fault for not asking I guess. Only one star since the oil did get changed and free tire pressure check but I don't need to get home to clean oil off my car and check for mistakes and sloppy work. Oh yea and a free water, yay. Expecting more for my money and definitely not going back.

I haven’t even gotten my oil changed yet and been here for 45 minutes man slow slow slow production at an all time low, not sure how they stay in business with such a low turnover. 1 hour 45 minutes to change oil with one car in front of me ! I will not be back or recommend I’ll actually discourage anyone from coming here. I will say the kids were cool though!

I waited for 2 1/2 hours before my oil was changed. The customer service was good. The price wasn’t the best.
