I wonder often how soon it will be before this store closes. The employees act as though they were forced to come to work and we should be overjoyed that they attempted to assist us. Save yourself the time and just go to Office Depot.

Staff member routinely opens my Amazon return packages IN FRONT OF EVERYONE to sort and repackage them! Absolutely ridiculous and bad business practice! UPS NOR KHOLS does this. She says management told her to do this.

Your store is well organized and well stocked.I shop here regularly. Today i had my best customer service experience because Mary Lou was so friendly and helpful (and quick) I do have one request….this didn’t happen today but every other time I feel hounded by the check out clerk to download the App. When I politely say no thanks….the man at the register keeps hounding and “scolding “ me to accept the App on my phone….I don’t want it.I get the emails and I know my rewards but every time I check out I get the same high pressure request to download the App. And after I refuse it….the man is mad and rude.Please take the pressure off this sales pitch.

Just purchased a pack of batteries and I got back to the office and the pack was full of dry battery acid. Not happy, I'm leaving town so I won't be back for a week. And have been sitting on the phone for 10 minutes and I'm in message he'll. Bad service.

It's seems more difficult to find excellent customer service and people who truely care about doing things right the first time but I found it right here!! Thank Sarrill and Kayla in the printing department! I had a less than desirable print to be copied, resized, and laminated which you went online, found the exact copies necessary that were a crystal clear copy to use instead which were perfect !! You ladies went above and beyond the call and I am very grateful and will definitely recommend and be back for future business!! Thank you again:)

Steven at the Front and Shelby over in printing made the experience of ordering my dad's birthday invitations stress free and easy! The order was printed incredibly fast, Shelby did a test print for us, Steven allowed me to use the Staples phone charger while I waited to place my order, and overall I couldn't recommend the experience MORE to anyone who needs to print & purchase office supplies! Thank you again!

Just go to Best Buy or Office Depot. It literally read 100 percent price match. But it’s only for certain item. So it’s not 100 percent lol fix it read 80 percent.

After I just called (because I didn’t want to make a blank trip) and asked if there were any padded chrome book cases. I was told by an associate that they were out at the moment. So I had someone go and check anyways just to be sure because I truly needed it!!! Only to find that the associate that I spoke with LIED!!! The shelves are full of them! As shown above they have some in stock; black, gray, blue etc… So thanks for nothing Customer Service. It’s always best to do things yourself. Because people will lie just to get out of doing their job!

Stay away from this store in Daphne AL! The GENERAL MANAGER is rude and unwilling to assist. I attempted to bring back a single printer cartridge ( that had expired) for a first grade teacher at a local school. When I asked her if I could exchange or return, she cut me off and said no, it wasn’t her problem. I let her know it was purchased there, I did not know when but perhaps she could look it up on the teachers account, NO. Not her problem! It was an EPSON 220 (not XL) stay away, do not shop here!

First time at this staples and will be the last. The manager is terribly unprofessional and insults you when you don't do what she wants. Went in to buy a printer and the GM started to tell us about the product despite us saying we have had it before. It was in the cart cause we already knew we were buying it and she's still trying to talk about the product and won't stop. She keeps talking about everything wrong with the printer and how they always go out (I don't think managers are supposed to talk about how bad their products are). Clearly she's trying to down play the printer to scare us into buying the warranty. I get that part but when we tell her no she starts to insult us and tries to pressure us by making us feel stupid for not buying it. She would not stop trying to sell this stupid warranty we didn't want. Then when we are checking out, she meets us at the register and keeps pressuring us to buy the warranty. After she gives up on the warranty (she literally scoffed after the last no and rolled her eyes) she tells us we can save $10 by downloading an app which we may have done had she not told my wife "you're a teacher I know you need the extra savings." which obviously made my wife feel even more insulted as this lady is now attacking her profession's pay. I mean I don't know how someone that rude and patronizing gets to be a GM of a store and I really hope she does not treat her employees like that. But as a customer I left pissed and upset I even bought the printer simply from how rude and patronizing this lady was. The bad part is we never asked her for help and even let her know we didn't need any and she still took it upon herself to do all this. TL:DR is do not shop here.

Nice, very helpful young ladies. I got my massive order ready a day sooner than anticipated, which was extremely helpful to me.That 'Office' place has lost a very good, long-standing client. It's STAPLES Daphne for me from now on!
