I’ve been going to this location for years and have never been disappointed. The owner is friendly, knowledgeable and explains everything clearly. I’ve never had a problem exchanging if there was an issue with a product even if it was operator error. I’d recommend this shop over any other cbd store in the area. I’ve never heard an employee complain about the work environment and all seem happy.

Great customer service from both of the guys that work here but the only woman I’ve met(I don’t know any of their names) has been very rude to me on multiple occasions. Talks to me like I’m dumb, and the last time I was there, would not get off the phone with her son and acted very put off and annoyed when I needed to ask her questions about products and what was available. Every time I’ve been and she hasn’t been there it’s been great.

The owner is mentally unstable and treats his employees terribly. We spent lots of money in his establishment, because Leslie's knowledge is second to none. We will now take our money and business elsewhere, as we can not and will not support someone that makes threats against and treats their hardworking employees like trashEdited to add, after the owner chastised me like he even knows me... I've seen the proof in black and white as to how terribly he speaks to his employees. Shame on YOU, sir ?Tried to give this guy another shot, but once he finally answered the phone, he aggressively said my name and basically commented he was too busy for my business. Literally give any other shop in the area your business..

Ok...1. This company and its staff are top notch. Speaking from a customer's point of view, they offer and give the best discounts and perks out there. 2. Read ALL REVIEWS!!!!!!! NOT JUST THE ONES ABOUT LESLIE BECAUSE THAT IS FALSE INFO PLEASE AND THANK YOU!!!2. PLEASE re-read post 1.3. They offer military discounts...I think they would approve of me saying that they'd rather see/hear of Veterans happier/healthier/more peaceful and joyous at home than read about yet another Vet dying of suicide be it due to pain, anxiety, depression, opiate overdose, etc....Love you Aaron and Autumn...thank you for all you do for the community...don't let the negatively of this ONE very short-lived employee bring you down in any way!!! ?✌️

Simply CBD is the best place around for a lot more than their CBD! All of their products I’ve tried are high quality. Also, the owner takes the time to recommend specific products based on your individual needs. He recommended gummies for my mother during chemotherapy that made a HUGE difference in her comfort during treatment. Highly recommend!
