I don't know what's changed in the store, but I'm seeing a lot of up. Indian kids hanging around all of a sudden, and they're pretty rude.

I used to frequent this store on a daily basis. After I tried to get ice water this morning and they no longer have it in the fountain drinks I was met with intense attitude from the two employee behind the counter. And all I asked was if they no longer had ice water. And they bit my head off and proceeded to try and charge me for the cup of ice I didn’t want to get since I couldn’t get water. Very sad for new management to have put so much money into a business and poor customer service loses again. Me and all my other co workers who work beside this business will no longer use them. Has really gone down hill.

Decent enough Shell gas station conveniently located just off of Interstate 10 in Daphne, Alabama. The gas is competitively priced and the inside has the usual convenience store items. If you want to tie in a meal along with your gas stop, there are plenty of options dining at this exit. All in all, this is a decent enough gas station and I would recommend here.

Staff is always amazing. I work right behind them so I've gotten to know a good bit of the people there. They're always great to have conversations with! With that being said, this absolutely has nothing to do with the staff there.You guys gotta put prices on your stuff. Drinks are labeled and some other select things throughout the store but a majority of the store has no prices on the items, so getting to the counter is always a mystery game on how much I'm going to spend, which causes me to not buy stuff if it has no price as I don't want to be surprised at a $4 bag of chips. I thought maybe it was just a temp thing as they were relabeling the store or something, but I've been working at the same store for two years and coming to this gas station and it's still like that.Again, great people, beautiful and well kept up gas station, but you guys gotta get some prices on your items, please! ???

I would have to say I believe I ran across the same black lady as a previous reviewer and she did not say hi, tell me the total, or say thank you ....absolutely nothing. If she doesn't want to be there then let her go. A little bit of customer service would go a long way.

The location and store are wonderful. The owner is also. However the black lady with the wireless earpiece in her ear everyday talking about her drama (Very loudly mind you) that won’t look at you or talk to you even when you say thank you is probably the rudest human being I’ve ever met. I’ve seen her 5 times now and it’s the same every time. I’d be embarrassed to have her work for me or with me.

Sad to say, I live in Lake Forest and this is the closest gas station. I know they have been needing help but the new lady tonight? Wow!! She is short, white, wears flannel, and is mean as a rattle snake! Kicks mop buckets, throws bathroom keys, seethes at the sight of customers coming in. I could not get out of there fast enough! She must be from a bad part of town previously.

Building, convenience store and restrooms look nice, neat, and clean after renovations, all these improvements give it a contemporary look. Friendly staff. Air and water are FREE. Gas pumping area need often power washing, that will go a long way to make it to 5 stars. *If interested in power washing contact me.* :)
