everything was great except that they didn't clean the sticker residue from windows & didn't clean inside of windows. now gotta find someone to do that; since I'm disabled & unable to do it myself.

First of all, our salesman Calvin Mcconico was great. He was nice and took the time to let my wife and I look at the three vehicles we were interested in. We both ended up purchasing two new vehicles. The process took around 6 hours. By the time we made it to finance it was 10:00 P.M. so I said to the finance manager "Hey man, I know its late and we are both tired so we don't have to go over all of the extra protection packages etc. because we aren't interested anyways." He proceeds to raise his voice and yell at me saying that he doesn't come into my workplace and tell me how to do my job so he's going to go over all of it anyways and that I am going to sit there and listed. My wife was in shock when we left because she couldn't believe a professional would act that way and "flip like a switch" as she said. Overall he is an extremely rude person and shouldn't be dealing with the public.Update: Just got a call from them needing one of the vehicles to be brought back in for service because they failed to do so before selling us the car. Even though they advertise that all cars have been inspected prior to selling.

This is the only Hyundai dealership I will ever go to. Palmer Hyundai and Palmer Toyota will rip you off and laugh at you while doing it. Everyone at eastern shore Hyundai have always been polite, well mannered, listened and helpful. The last 2 times I have been here the same wonderfully awesome service man has taken care of me and my Sonata. Van Eric Peterson. He has kept me aware of the cost and everything every step of the way. He goes into detail to explain everything. Awesome service compared to Palmers. I hate bridges and tunnels but will travel across the bayway just to get the best service from the very best Hyundai dealership. Also, the Toyota dealership next door has a small café in it and a complimentary car wash.

Before I get into our experience, I worked for a car dealer for 7 years (finance and new car tag and title department). I know the "ins and outs" of car buying. My husband and I came in to purchase a new Camry at Eastern Shore Toyota; however, what we wanted would be at least a 45 day wait. So, our salesman Calvin McConico showed us a 2022 Camry with 2,030 miles on it. Carfax showed one owner and no accident reports. Once we agreed on a price, we sat for nearly 2.5 hours before being led into the finance department to sign paperwork. During that time, the vehicle was supposed to be cleaned as it had a few spots on the interior that were noticeably dirty. When all paperwork was signed, and we were led to take possession, the outside of the car was washed; however, every spot on the inside was untouched and the "chocolate milk" carton I found in the console was even still present. We left and drove straight home to clean the interior ourselves, despite signing a mutual consent form that expressed that interior cleaning would be complete before delivery. Sunday morning, my dad came by to look at the vehicle, only to ask, "what happened to the front bumper". My husband and I thought he was joking (as he sometimes does); however, when we walked over, we saw that the front bumper had a piece completely missing (see picture below). We would not have noticed this had he not brought to our attention. Knowing how car dealers are (again I worked for one), I went to their website to see if my new vehicle was still listed and it was. I looked at the picture and noticed that the showed the damage in the picture, but again, it would be easy to miss. My husband and I are LIVID; a new bumper will have to be ordered. At no point during the 6.5 hours we were involved in this deal did Calvin, the new car manager, or finance manager bring the damage to our attention. This is the absolute lowest and most dishonest experience I have had purchasing a car. We have reached out to an attorney; however, I would seriously think before deciding to purchase from any Eastern Shore dealership. I had an offer from SpringHill Toyota and am now upset I didn't take it. My husband and I have emailed and tried to contact the salesman, but no return call or email has been made. Our hope is that this review will compel someone from this dealership to reach out and make this right.

Wow! I so enjoyed meeting everyone at Eastern Shore. Wendy, Sue, Sam. Awesome folks. Friendly, down to earth. I used to drive to Pensacola where I purchased my car, but no more. Eastern Shore Hyundai is my new dealership for all my vehicle needs. Thank you all for such a nice welcoming greeting! Made my day.Can hardly wait to come back!

Great service. Got oil change, tires rotated, and auto butler. Took about 3 1/2 hours total but that was ok. Took shuttle to Eastern Shore stores. Dillard's, Chico's, then Olive Garden for long relaxing lunch with girlfriend. ??
