Caroline did my hair and could not have done better! She got me in last minute near the holidays, which is hard to do in the first place. Not only did she do an amazing job on my hair, but she listened to me and truly cared about what was going on in my life (our stylists are truly unpaid therapists!!) I can not recommend her enough. Her coworkers even came up and said hi to me, asking if I needed anything or wanted something to drink. They make you feel like home immediately! I’ll definitely be going back.Service: Hair coloring

It was my first time visiting this salon, I did my research online before ever trying to get an appointment so I knew the expectations. All was great until WAY more money and charges added on to my payment. Was charged for a “toner” I wasn’t asked if I wanted nor was I aware that I even got. I never waited in the sink for a few minutes to let anything sit in my hair or waited at all like normal to let any product sit like when Ive had a toner in the past at other salons. Charged for a “blowout” for $40 that I wasn’t aware of, would’ve gone home with my hair wet had I known. I was charged $50 for a “haircut” which was trimmed less than 1 inch total and the price was apparently based on experience level although the hairstylist had an intern do my hair half of the visit so she could do more people at one time. And was charged a random amount for a partial highlight which included a few foils which is way less than normal. The entire visit was grossly overpriced and I have never ever in my life been so overcharged . I was not told a price even when being rung up in the system or informed of any price actually at all not I asked for a print receipt and it was broken so I couldn’t get one. I was texted a receipt, but didn’t get it until after I walked out the door. Called to ask about the charged and left a voicemail but didn’t get an answer or call back. Ended up going all the way back in and the pricing was still no where near justified as to why my hair would cost $260 when even at a high end vegan salon I paid the same thing for a full-balayage, actually cut with inches taken off, and over 8 hours of work. She broke it down and added it up herself and got a way higher price than the one I was charged for and told me I actually got a discounted service. I left the maximum tip because I was originally so thankful and always make sure I pay people well for their talents but had I known they’d include all the made up charges and give themselves more money than ever advertised I would’ve highly reconsidered. I would NOT recommend going here unless you want to be ripped off and misinformed. I have never left a bad review before but I’m still just shocked that anyone could justify that as being okay. Even with simple googling, the trim and partial highlight on average will be no where near what I was charged. Save your $260 & find an honest, informative salon!Services: Haircut
