The customer service at this location is a joke. Unfortunately I already have to drive 50 minutes from Gulf Shores just to get to this store to buy live rats for my snake. And to make this worse is that they NEVER ANSWER THE FREAKING PHONE. So sometimes i have to dive out there for no reason because they don't always have rats and when i ask the employee about answering the phone they say their too busy. I will never return to this store again!
