Do not use this place. I have used this place twice and have gotten awful service. It’s my fault for trusting them. They changed my oil and didn’t put the filter on correctly, so the oil drained out of my engine. The next time I went, they didn’t put the oil cap back on when they were done, and my oil came back out. It’s my fault. After the first time, I should have never gone back. NEVER AGAIN!!!

This is the first negative review that I have ever left for a company. I was over charged on transmission work. Jake charged me more than $8000 (not including labor or a measly $300 “discount” that they said they gave) for a transmission that cost him only $4600. (There is no way a 3 year warranty on this transmission should cost that much more.) Maybe their mark up was to try and cover the cost of the 1st transmission they ordered, which ended up being defective. This also made the timeline for completion even longer. Regardless, this cost should not have rolled down to me since it was not my fault that they ordered a defective transmission the first time. I do not understand a mark up this high. This is taking advantage of the customer. I could have taken my vehicle anywhere but I chose this shop anticipating honesty and integrity. It also took them over 3 weeks to fix my vehicle, not including the time it took to determine that warranty would not cover their work (almost 2 weeks). I’m disappointed with the cost and service when I spoke with them about my concerns. I don’t recommend this company. I have reached out to Jake multiple times but he doesn’t want to discuss it or make it right.

I have went to these people to have my car fixed after feeling the one establishment was dishonest about my car issues. The technician inspected my car thoroughly to see what was wrong. The technician put new struts on my car. My car drives better than brand new. These people are honest and knowledgeable. I wish I could rate them a 10. I highly recommend this company.

What they did to that pregnant girl was so wrong.
There are videos online of two employees making out in a customer's car and screenshots of them bullying her about cheating with her ex in the shop. She was threatened with court when she went to the owner and all the stress put her in the hospital multiple times. She hasn't updated for a while, but apparently all the bullying and harrassment has made her suicidal. Apparently the only repercussions given to employees was having to sign a document saying they wouldn't date coworkers, but that was already a policy and nothing else was done.

You can’t put a price on trustworthiness. These people are honest and know what they are doing. Been going to them for 10 years, referred by others who say the same.

I've taken my car to Jake and his team a few times and every time I've been pleased with the service and the products they represent. They take the extra step to make sure you and your car is happy before you leave. Please be careful of these fast inexpensive places. You get what you pay for. Thanks Precision Tune!!

Precision Tune Auto Care is a great service for your car. They have handled everything from oil changes, new tires and brakes and more. They are very honest and affordable. They even let me use a picture of the coupon that I get in the mail. Good people and good service?!

If you need a quick oil change this is the place to go. They always mail out coupons as well as a free after the fifth change. Check them out plus they do alot more.

I recently took my vehicle in for oil change and brake repair, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to explain what needed to be done and why, without pressuring me into unnecessary repairs.
The shop was clean, the waiting area was comfortable, and they completed the work in a timely manner. I also appreciated the fair pricing and transparency throughout. My car now runs perfectly, and I’ll definitely be coming back for any future maintenance or repairs. Highly recommend!
